I have been coming to Mini Temptations since I was a young girl. They have so many wonderful toys and miniatures here. One of my favorite features is the doll houses that always seem to be in progress in the center of the store. There is nothing like seeing other adults meticulously working on painting, wallpapering, etc. a dollhouse to make me want to hurry back to my own projects. Whether you need to purchase a small jar of wallpaper paste, roof tiles, windows, flooring or furniture for a miniature house, this store has what you need. If, by some unlikelihood, they don’t have exactly what you’re looking for, the very nice staff is always happy to put down their handiwork to assist you and help you find what you need. If you’re an adult or a child and have a fondness for dollhouse and/or miniatures, you really ought to make a visit to Mini Temptations.

I have always loved mini things. I always had mini dolls, Polly pockets, mini horses, mini hairbrushes, mini lip glosses etc. When I was 10, i talked my Dad into building me a dollhouse. I always loved the detail of the beautiful houses, with actual little lights and the little family. He began to build it and halfway through the project, right after we purchased the perfect mini clay bricks the hobby shop closed and my unfinished house sat in the basement, unoccupied. When I saw this store next to Ozs donut shop, I had to go in, if for nothing else than to look at the miniatures and reminisce about the house that could have been. Now this is a dollhouse store. There is everything and anything you could want for your mini abode. There are kits and supplies and examples and they even offer classes to help you build your dream home. I spent a good twenty minutes(mind you it would have been longer if that pesky thing called work was not impending). Mini Temptations sends a lot of their product around the US through their website and catalog. I can’t imagine that a dollhouse enthusiast in KC would not already know about this mini treasure trove, but anyone who likes mini things or needs a gift for a child with a dollhouse(does that exist since the WII was born??) would find the perfect gift here.
