I LOVE this nail salon! I get my nails done by Jamie and she does an outstanding job every single time! Highly recommended!

It was a surprise session/​gift (mani/​pedi spa combo) for me & my friend, from our darling daughters on mothers day. We have been there few other times but today was special day to feel special. Although our daughters had taken prior appointments but we have to wait for half an hour on chairs to get started, & that was just the start of ruining our beautiful day. As the previous reviewer said, the salon was empty as compared to other salons, but they were too short on staff, just 3 techs handling 6 customers. Anyway our pedicure started & we were done in 10 min, even before we could know. Next was our Manicure, which became a nightmare with smudged french tips. They were in so much hurry that without giving proper drying time they applied coat over coat & result, white tips drooling on clear nails in seconds.
so we have to get that removed & coz we were running short of time, asked for future credit to get it done. thats where we got introduced to there actual client service, behaviour –pure arrogance ! Manager was just meek to express or talk, but the technician was at the top of her voice to argue with us. We did’nt want to waste our time & energy on discussing with people who dont honor their clients & doesnt feel sorry for their bad services. So me & my friend walked out without getting our nails done & withoiut any refund or credit. A very bad experience & even worse for our daughters who gave that as a gift for making a memorable day more memorable.

I am 26 years old and have never gotten a pedicure and only 1 manicure in my lifetime. When a co-​worker suggested we have a girls afternoon of pedicures and coffee, I decided to be brave and go for it. With that being said, I have absolutely nothing to compare this place to, I can only mention facts.
— They have massage chairs! While my toes were being clipped and painted, I got to enjoy a massage.
–The ladies speak English! We were able to carry on a conversation the entire time.
— She didn’t make fun of me when everything she did tickled my feet.
–The experience was only $ 20
I enjoyed my first pedicure. I have a thing with feet and don’t like people touching them, but the lady was patient with me and I ended up surviving. I would recommend going to Zenail and Spa.

Super staff! Clean! Friendly. Many different services. This has become my ‘go to’ place for pedicures. I love a proactive technician who takes part in the process — discussing colors, trends, processes, etc. — to help make my experience rich. You get that with ZeNail!
I don’t find them any more expensive then other salons in the area, especially for this level of customer service.
Judy is fantastic and up for any artwork on your nails.
Jason is wonderful.

Great, fun staff, clean, LOTS of pedicure chairs… and the primary language is English!
STAFF ACTUALLY INTERACTS WITH CUSTOMERS, and you don’t feel like you’re being talked about in a language you may not be fluent.
I had a pedicure the first time, and a ped/​gel mani the second time. Gel mani didn’t last anywhere close to the 10 days promised, but I was out of town, and couldn’t get back to the salon.
My only complaint is that prices are not really clear or well explained… especially «upgrades». Basic prices are a little more expensive than other nail salons, but well worth it given the level of customer service. Clear up the «upcharges», and this will be a 5-​star nail salon!

Had a bad experience here today. I had a fun girls day planned with my 7 year old niece. I had made an appointment for noon for two pedicures. My niece and I were so excited. We walked in and the girl at the front desk said it would be 5 to 10 minutes but that we could go ahead and sit in the chairs. No problem, I thought. Waiting a few minutes when youve made an appointment is normal at nail salons. The salon was empty compared to most salons. One lady getting her nails done, two other women in the pedicure chairs. After 20 minutes went by the girl came back and asked if the water had gotten cold. I said yes, and asked how much longer bc we had made an appointment. She told me 5 more minutes. Ok, no problem once again I thought. After 20 more minutes went by I asked the nail tech next to us how much longer and I was visibly irriated. She had to go up front and get the girl at the front desk. I apologized to the customer whose nail tech walked away from for me. She told us that she can’t believe that we had been waiting for 40 minutes.
The lady at the front desk comes back says it will be 5 more minutes for one and 15 more minutes for the other. I said fine, I’ll put my shoes back on and just do my niece. We had an entire day planned and I wasn’t going to make a 7 year old wait on me. 5 more minutes goes by, at this point weve been waiting an hour. No one comes back. I tell my niece to get her shoes on and we walked out. When I left I said, listen I don’t mind waiting but when someone makes an appointment you could at least call (you give them your phone number and name) and tell us you are running over an hour behind. She told me she didnt know beforehand.
I get that nail salons get walk ins that can cause issues as far as timing. However, to make a 7 year old wait in a pedicure chair for an HOUR is ridiculous.
We went across the street to Four Seasons Nail salon, got right in and they got right to work. A very fun experience for my niece!
WIll never return here!

Very nice, new (6 mos) nail salon.
Fabulous techs, and great care. Daughter and I enjoyed,
relaxed and had great manis and pedis. This is avg. price,
not an over-​the-​top spa price :)
Shawn and Tina were excellent. We first went to another salon on 151^st that was too busy. SO glad we found ZENAIL in Nall Valley shopping center
