Shirley, our new property manager, turned a bad situation into a very good situation in an unbelievable amount of time. After learning our previous property manager was not paying close attention to our property we turned to Shirley. In just a few weeks time Shirley and Nathan (Shirley’s contractor who is extremely easy to work with and does excellent work) cleaned up our house to rent ready status. This wasn’t an easy job. We had nearly $ 9,000 in damages to the house. Here is the kicker we did this all over the phone. Shirley’s efforts are above and beyond. We are blown away by this experience.
