Great service. A true old school barber who delivers as promised and is a great guy at the same time. Also, charges old-​school prices as well so he’s a great bargain.

I’ve been getting my hair cut by Wendell Amburgy since I was a teenager. He is one of the last professional barbers who still cut hair in the «old school» barbering way. One feature that he still performs is using a straight razor on your neck and over your ears. This is next to impossible to find with today’s barbers. He is also very reasonably priced and once he’s cut your hair you’ve gained a good friend. And, as expected, there is always a lively discussion taking place among customers waiting for their turn. His service is, thankfully, by appointment only… so the waiting time is up to you.
Located in Lebabon, Ohio, just off US 42, it’s well worth the drive. You might even pop over to the Golden Lamb afterward for lunch or dinner.
