I’m going to try my best to get to the point. I called this place to have wiring for a trailer installed and spoke to «their guy» mike in detail about what I want. No issue and I came in the next morning for the appt. After an hour he said that he can’t do it without a piece that I told him about on the phone that he said that I didn’t need. Anyway, I ran around for 2 hours looking for the piece and called bjs and spoke with mike and described what I was holding «in detail» and asked if I should buy it. He said «that’s it» and yes, buy it! I drive another r40 minutes to bjs and mike sees the piece and says that’s not it. I mention that I described this to a t, «he cuts me off» and says GET SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT! And almost runs over my foot with the tractor that he was driving. Not to mention that my car now has a check engine light on and other lights that he somehow caused. I call to talk to the owners and they didn’t seem to care. Now at my dealership and am told I may not be covered for whatever they screwed up. I called the owners again and they are in denial and no concern. In the end, 40 $ gas, 30 $ non refundable /​unusable part, no Apology… who knows what else! Thanks!
