Enchanted Evening

What a waste of a trip! We called, made our appointment weeks ago, and told them the dresses we were interested in. We came from out of town and when we arrived, the lady told us they lost the dress we liked. She said she could order the dress again, but we would have to purchase it. I do not recommend this business.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I was told my bust grew 3 inches since being measured (I’m in my 30s so I’m not going through puberty nor have I had any major weight gain or loss). Not feasible to have the HUGE of an error on size. Yet I am in the wrong when I told them and was overheard by family telling them I wanted a size up due to fit. Then they had me put it on, forced the zipper up and broke it. And preceded to tell me I would have to pay to have that replaced! Wouldn’t take care of it since they broke it and got it stuck half way when none of the teeth of the zipper grabbing! PLUS, the dresses came in 6 – 8 WEEKS later than when they were promised to be delivered. And they got pissy with us calling in to get any information in regards to that as well! STAY AWAY! I wouldn’t waste time or money here!

I came to this place after a horrible experience at The Cinderella Shop. If you’re interested, read my review. They are unbelievably horrid. Anyway, this is a small shop that you wouldn’t think would have much so when I went in I wasn’t expecting much. I immediately found 3 gowns I liked and the 2^nd I tried on was «it». It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. The staff was helpful and accommodating. I was able to get the perfect shoes dyed to match the dress and the alterations were perfect. All in all, it was a wonderful experience. They have quite a bit to choose from even though the store looks small. The dress and shoes came in on time and it was a relatively stress free process.

Shopping for bridesmaid dresses at Enchanted Evening was like playing dress up in someone else’s closet: fun and laid-​back.
I had my eye on a specific After Six dress, so we came here to try it on. The consultant was very helpful as my sister tried on a handful of dresses. We didn’t end up ordering from them, but we had a really pleasant experience. I definitely recommend checking out their selection of bridal and bridesmaid dresses.
