Only problem is the value isn’t there and the sales people will not leave or give you a quote without sitting down with you and your significant other(no, they won’t meet with just you) and explain why anyone else’s drains are bad and theirs are great. I was forced to go through this insane sales pitch that never ended and was not allowed to get a quote until it was over… seriously, house is X by X, gutters need to be X feet, need 5 downspouds totaling X feet… I had all this info and they would still not give me a quote till the salesguy came. I shouldn’t have gotten them based on this, but this was a test house(really long story) and I needed to see if there was anything to the maintenance /upkeep claims. 5 visits later and I gave up on them being able to work as advertised(they now have a shark fin of metal in the corner intersection). I checked with a friend of mine in Atlanta who had contacted them — same song and dance, salesguy refused to give a quote, finally after the«others are junk» speech was given a price that was insane. He said no, the guy said hold on, kept calling his boss, was down to nearly a third of the price and refused to leave. I don’t know if the Nashville people would get to the point where the homeowner threatens to call the cops if they don’t leave, but who knows… As for value — some of the ones they say are junk seem to work as well…
