I have stayed at this hotel, on two occasions, approximately a year apart. The first time I noticed these flying insects that remind me of lady bugs(except their backs were yellowish instead of red). They were congregated in the corners of the ceiling. Needless to say, I thought they had flown in when the windows were open. Before I checked out, I noticed that the windows did not open. Hmmm… Very strange! I stayed in the hotel again, just before Christmas, in 2015. The thought of the insects in the room was a distant memory. Low and behold, there they were again! LOTS of them! The ear plugs(to decrease the noise from I-40) came in handy… keeping the insects out of your ears while you sleep!!! Crazy! I am not 100% sure why management doesn’t rectify this situation. Flying(or crawling) insects of any kind should never be tolerated in a hotel. This hotel is fine in every other way… they just need to kill these insects… that CAN’T be sanitary! Management… Take notice!

Arrived late in the evening. After settling in, we realized we were on the side of the hotel that’s only feet from the interstate. On the third floor, we were also at the same elevation as the interstate. Absolutely the noisiest room I’ve ever stayed in. Sleep was unlikely. I asked the staff about it this morning. I was told, «yes sir, we get complaints about that all the time.» Okay. The rooms are nice, be sure and ask for an odd numbered room if you intend to sleep. It’s a shame you have to know that.

After reading the reviews seems like folks either loved or hated the place. My wife and I were here for a wedding and stayed 3 nights. Fortunately we had a very good experience. Yes they did give you ear plugs but I myself am a very light sleeper and I was not aware of any highway noise or any commotion from the Home Depot(about a quarter plus mile away). The room was clean upon arrival and cleaned every day. The staff was super friendly and immediately addressed a slow draining tub(fixed by the time we returned). The staff gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and also assisted us with driving directions to get around the highway closure that was going on in Nashville. The breakfast is nothing fancy but is on par with other Hampton Inns. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and if I ever pass through Lebanon, TN again I will be staying here.

This hotel is a safety hazard! Stay at your own risk because the management does not care if the paint on the concrete is not up to code and if it is raining, you will fall and get injured just as I did and others as well. Be Careful!!!

Very clean hotel. Beds and pillows very comfy. The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was busy but not noisy. We were very pleased overall.

Don’t stay here. Employees are clueless and rude. This must be a franchises location as it has to be one of the worst in the Hilton family. Need to clean house of front desk staff they are better suited to work at DMV. You are better off sleeping in your car under a bridge

Any place that has to give you ear plugs as a standard is starting off on the wrong foot. I had a pretty poor experience here just with the things I’m used to in a hotel. — no maid service after the first night — very loud noises form the hwy on one side. The other side had a Home Depot that made loud noises overnight. — hard to get the attention of the front desk staff when checking in and when having a question the second day. — one of the front desk people was standing outside smoking a cigarette and stood directly in front of the door which kept the doors open and made the whole lobby stink. I will probably stay in Nashville and make the drive out on future trips. This place is sub par.

Stayed here last time I was in Lebanon and enjoyed it so I’m back again. Clean and comfortable; I had a good nights sleep here. Also plenty of hot water which doesn’t always happen at a Hampton Inn. I’m not a fan of most hotel breakfasts(powdered eggs and do it yourself waffles just aren’t my thing) but there’s a Cracker Barrel not far from here… Headed there now actually…:-)

While this is a clean new property do not stay on the noisy side unless you are hard of hearing. The sound from the continual traffic right outside your window is loud.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with very friendly service and a nice breakfast included in the price of the hotel. My two big complaints: the Wi-Fi was spotty(reception explained this was because the hotel was at capacity), and my room faced the highway. It sounded like a race track outside, which made it very hard to sleep.
