Hss Security

Scheduled an appointment with Cecil a couple of weeks in advance to come out and advise a security system for a new house in Nashville. Appointment time came and went with no Cecil or a phone call to advise he was missing appointment. I called HSS the next day and was given the «sorry but we had a crazy day» line. Assured me they would call back to reschedule but did not. Received a call from Cecil the next morning that he would be at the house in a few minutes. Luckily my husband was at home because I was across town at another appointment. Cecil gave a very knowledgeable assessment as to what our security system should be. He left the house assuring us he would have the quote to us later that day. No quote has shown up and it has been a week. I have called a couple of times and was assured that «he had been in some intense meetings» but would get me the quote soon as possible. I have given up and gone with another security company.
