Hut Airport Shuttle

Shuttle was an hour and 15 minutes late — reason was «bad traffic on the interstate.» To not anticipate traffic into Portland on a Friday afternoon is unacceptable. Refund? Nope. Apology? Nope. A driver who slowly took 30 additional minutes to check everyone in? Yep. Insult to injury — plugs did not work on shuttle. While a cab may be more expensive, it is worth it.

Recently I put together a Wine Tour for my company (Coldwell Banker Valley Brokers)-Had to get that in, of course! I had originally booked a different company but then realized, from a friend, that the Hut Shuttle doesn’t JUST transport people to and from the airports! Who knew? Well, not me.
So, I immediately booked them when I found out it was half the price of the original company! They handled everything courteously and professionally. They arrived on time. The Shuttle was perfect for our needs and very clean. The driver was very nice and fun and was more than willing to take lots of pictures for us! Oh, and he put up with our craziness (some drank more than others :) as we went along the trip!
