Went to get my car washed today, one of the two car wash bays was broken, leaving long lines with only one wash available. After waiting over 30 minutes, when I finally pull in the car wash and half my car is covered in soap, the car wash shuts off and tells me to exit, allowing the next car to enter. The management refuses to let me go back in stating I have to wait in line again and repay for another car wash! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I finally got my $ 10 back, but then had to try to hand wash the soap off my car in the 10 degree weather… Thanks Jake’s… I will definitely not be back again.
