Our sandwiches were made just right. Some Jimmy Johns like to add too much vinaigrette to the Italian night club but they made the sandwich perfect.

I love jimmy johns and that they deliver but my bread is consistently stale. This makes me sad. A few times my Diet Coke was flat. This makes me angry. Step it up please!

I LOVE Jimmy John’s. And I’m willing to wait for it.
It’s a good thing, because our Lebanon location does not yet live up to the «so fast you’ll freak» claim.
(Let me be clear, I’m not talking about a 30 minute wait. This is a first-​world-​problems type complaint, for sure. I still had the bread that comforts the darkest parts of my soul in under 15 minutes, I just wasn’t freaking…)
The food is the delicious quality I expect, and the staff is courteous (but it’s obvious that they’re still getting the hang of things).
Fingers crossed that they continue to improve their speed, but I’ll keep waiting for my Beach Club regardless!

Just need a clear leader to help things run smoothly.
Good quality food, just needs the same in workmanship.
