Good product. Our order was filled correctly and on time. My son placed the order and he went to pick it up. When he came home with my change and a menu, but no receipt, I was confused. We ordered 80 wings, 20 each of 4 different kinds. We were charged $ 63.95, which is nearly their price for 100 wings! They list 75 wings for only $ 46.99. I called for clarification. The answer to my question shocked me. «The way it’s ordered is the way we ring it up.» My son ordered«20 of this, 20 of that, etc.» So they rang up 20 wings at $ 15.99, four times. No offers to ring it differently to save us money when we ordered, no apology for the misunderstanding, and this quote was repeated by the store owner several times. I’ll get my wings elsewhere from now on. Such a shame.

Not sure what happened but always thought this was the best wing place ever. Not anymore at all. So cold inside we had to take our wings home and wings barely had anything on them. I got the boneless Medium Cajun blue cheese and it was like just getting chicken nuggets with a dash of sauce here and there. Had to make my own sauce at home. Husband ‘s was garlic Parmesan ranch and had an off taste. They used to be soooo good. Very disappointed. Won’t be going there again.

This place is pretty good! We had a small gathering and ordered 50 wings, 5 different flavors. They did have to call me back about 25 mins after I ordered to tell me a flavor we wanted was not available, but there are so many others to choose from that we didn’t mind. Some here better than others, but that is all a matter of opinion. There were no complaints from anyone. Next time I will order them extra crispy, especially if we get them delivered. Some were rubbery, but that will happen to any wing over time. The Golden Monkey wing flavor is AMAZING! We will deff order from here again.

I’ve heard a lot of hype about this place so tried it tonight. The customer service was bad the young girl definitely was not confident with her job and wasn’t sure how to answer simple questions. The«sauce» was more like grease and was runny. It was unfortunate and that’s the last time I’ll eat there. Want better wings? Go across the street to annville grill on a Monday night… way WAY better

Lebanon– Not impressed, a few rubbery wings, the mild and hot sauces aren’t very good. You’d better get them extra crispy. The place in Annville is a lot better.

Quite simply, the wings are fantastic. I’ve had the hot, and the homicide, twice now. Both were fantastic on both occasions. I ordered take out both times, something that seems to cause other wing establishments difficulty.(I.e. champions, arooga’s, etc.) The wings had the perfect amount of sauce, enough to nicely coat all the wings, yet maintain a crispy exterior. I will be frequenting this establishment and have already recommended them to other wing lovers in the area. Well done Just Wing It

We stopped here for the first time and ordered a twenty piece(½ hot & ½ teriyaki) and an order eagle fries. The food came out hot and we didn’t wait too long for it. The hot sauce is a true hot sauce, which was pleasantly surprising. Unfortunately the wings do not come with Bleu cheese or ranch and they charge $ 3 for four 2oz souflee cups of sauces. $ 0.75 for a tiny cup is ridiculous and a bit steep considering they don’t at least offer one per 10 piece! The restaurant was clean but they could do a bit more by ways of customer service. They had a full menu and also offer delivery. I will try them again but overall this wasn’t an experience to «scream about»

This was my first time here. It’s not a big place and the bathroom needs some serious work, but the food was pretty good. I had the Santafe Chicken Salad. It was tasty and everything tasted fresh except for the chips… they were stale. I’ll definitely come back sometime.

Best wings I’ve had since I can’t remember when. I stopped in this for lunch today and debated whether or not to go for«homicide.» The person behind the counter was nice enough to let me try a sample. Oh, it’s hot alright but definitely tolerable. The sauce had flecks of pepper that imparted actual flavor as opposed to heat only. So, yeah, the wings are all that. I’ve been to a good number of wing places over the years where the wings are soggy(I’m calling you out, Wings to Go). JWI’s wings are crispy and have just enough sauce so that the wings are sufficiently coated but not swimming. They’re also on the large side, far from the puny ass wings you’ll find elsewhere. So they nail the trifecta of wing dominance — size, flavor, and crispness. The guy that served me also made sure to ask me how I enjoyed my wings since it was clear I was a first timer. Nice. I highly recommend you brave sketchy downtown Lebanon and check these guys out. Just FYI, they’re opening a second store on Main St. in Annville very soon.
