Awful service from start to finish. Rude and inefficient dispatcher. Expensive. Really Filthy car. Driver texted while on highway at 80 mph. Will not ever use again. Stay away unless you have no other option. Would give zero stars if possible.

Agree with previous poster – Horrible service. I’ve used them fairly regularly since they are local but they are consistently late. I will be going with a taxi service in Mt. Juliet from now on after my latest experience. The driver was beyond rude from the minute I got in the vehicle and then I was charged $ 10 to go one mile. I’ve used them before and gone 3.5 miles for $ 8. At this point I said something and he claimed he didn’t control the zones. I called BS and told him I would never be calling them again. The thing about running a business is… you have to have Some customer service skills. I obviously Don’t recommend them.
