Linn Lanes Bowling Center

Best burgers and loads of fun. Seriously can’t go to linn lanes and not leave without a smile and a full tummy!!! Thanks Gary and staff!

Linn Lanes is what I imagine a bowling alley should be. A bartender who remembers you. A few video game machines on the way to the bathroom. Greasy food, with crispy french fries. Staff who seem like they belong there, who help you when you need help, low staff turnover.
I’ve lost track of how many times we’ve been to Linn Lanes. It started with the Wednesday Ladies’ Nights, then we went to the summer bowling for kids. At least once, my husband and I have gone bowling there Without Our Children.

I enjoy this bowling alley. It’s laid back, the people who work there are friendly, and the prices are really reasonable. I always get the sense that the employees who work there enjoy being there, which adds to the experience. I wish I could go here more often.
The lanes are older, so it doesn’t track the speed of your ball or show you how to bowl each frame, if that’s what you’re into. I don’t have my own ball so it’s a challenge when it’s busy to find a ball that fits my giant man thumbs but I have that problem everywhere.
My favorite part is that the music isn’t blaring loudly during regular hours. I haven’t been to cosmic bowling here, or whatever version of it that they have, so I can’t speak to that, but as I said before it’s a pleasant, laid back experience.
