We ordered ahead for 12 people, and they had it ready and waiting right at 12:10, the time we told them we would be there. I had their signature burger and fries. It was well worth the money. Ben was our server, and he took care of everything and came to check on us at all the right times.

I realize this is a chain restaurant. However, I was expecting okay quality. Our waitress was average, but the food was not okay. I had ordered the sirloin and ribs combo, medium. However, my steak came back burnt with no pink in the center and the ribs were quite crispy, too. This was not what I was expecting. In addition, I had ordered an extra side, and purposely placed my order so that I did not get charged for the most expensive side as the extra. But, when the bill came, the most expensive side was the one that was added. I wasn’t the happiest about this. When I commented, the waitress did fix things (hence why this isn’t only 1 star) and even ended up taking the steak off of my bill. Hopefully this doesn’t happen again for other people!

I would have given Logan’s 5 stars because my steak was cooked perfectly! But… the customer & waitress were having a very loud conversation to the point that my friends and I could not talk over it. I know all about his new job and baby mama dramma.
But the FOOD WAS FANTASTIC! I can’t believe that Logan’s serves up a fillet like that. Added onions on top. Served with Mac & cheese and salad!

Waitress is very nice! We were greeted as soon as we came in with a smile. Seated with no wait. Clean and quiet for a late lunch.
Food is good. Grilled chicken salad, with ranch on the side. Service was good and we are happy!

Clean place, friendly service, and delicious food! Everyone in my party was happy with their orders. The starters (mozzarella sticks & salads) were awesome, followed by entrées which included grilled salmon and country fried chicken covered in gravy. There were a few, minor things that could’ve been better (dill butter for drizzling over salmon was cold & solid instead of hot & melted; a request for extra dinner rolls was forgotten), but all in all it was a good visit.

I realize choosing Logan’s for a burger fix is the beginning of the problem. The menu now has 2 hamburger choices: 3 mini burgers, or a burger with a fried cheese pattie on top of the meat. The server was helpful and suggested we could have a burger anyway we wanted, it just is not on the menu. What?!? I chose the burger hold the fried cheese (ridiculous), it was dry, tasteless and cold. And to literally top it off, they ran out of buns. My fullsized burger miraculously fit on a mini hamburger bun, Hmmmm. Overall this is the reason I do not usually choose chain restaurants. No one is watching the store. And when you give the staff feedback, they simply say, contact corporate, they make the decisions.

A split decision to go to Logan’s resulted in a very satisfied stomach. I choose the Teriyaki Hawaiian steak after September, our waitress, suggested it. The steak was cooked perfectly and the sweet potato was a good size and cooked just the way I like them. The Pink Cactus drink I got was delicious! Everyone was wonderful! The establishment was of decent cleanliness. Will keep coming back!

Despite the new «No Peanuts on the floor» rule of the new Logan’s Roadhouse, I still recommend it. Our waitress looked like she was on the verge of yelling about something, but she always delivered our refills and fulfilled our nonsense request for go drinks and extra rolls.
Steak on a budget, done right!

Typical chain restaurant. Most of our group’s steaks were overdone to the point where one steak was closer to shoe leather than to steak. Sure, we had a large group, about 12 people, but they could have done a lot better, and then we got a basket of nearly raw rolls.
The service, however, was fantastic.

Sat at the bar. Jilian kept the bar top clean! Fast service and my food was cooked right. Great night out.
