was shopping for a new pharmacy and publix pharmacist assured me i was making a good choice transferring my severely disabled sons dozens of prescriptions to Lebanon store… first transaction they didn t have 3 of his meds… bad start… also called me and said his meds were ready, got there and they didn t include his anxiety/​seizure rescue med, said i had to come back… i live ½ way to Hartsville. went back today, still can t get it. publix trying to harm, not help, with its policies.

I had the most pleasant grocery shopping experience today! The customer service was stellar! From the manager who offered assistance to my befuddled looking self while shopping to the ever-​patient cashier who encouraged my couponing and had to re-​enter my demagnetized card number a couple times and the young lady who walked me to my car and loaded the groceries! Publix provides excellent service, and always with a smile!

Daphne, AL
Good selection, tends to be pricey. Cut costs by using Buy One Get One sales. Dollar General Market has much less expensive items for staples. Publix has higher end quality stuff.
