Great time with my wife. The waitress, Ashley, was super! She was very friendly and was very helpful with the menu. She took care of our table and many others. The music was very soft and made it very easy to talk. I had the bacon cheeseburger/onion rings and my wife had the salad bar. Mmmmmmmmm good:)

We got the worst service ever, first the restaurant was empty and we had to wait for the hostess who was no where near the entrance after we found a waiter she can running and told us she was sorry and trying to look for a table when clearly they were 4 parties in the whole restaurant after we sat down it took our food 1 hour to get to us we had to flagged down our waitress for our refills and our check. I will never come back or recommend to my friends.

I find the food here pretty good. The service can be kinda slow sometimes, but I don’t mind it. The place is nice and clean. The salad bar is well stocked. The servers are really polite. I enjoy the Ruby Relaxer everytime I come out here.

I’m going to start my review by asking you to do me a favor. Yes, you. If you’ve been to this Ruby Tuesday location in the past and you were disappointed in the quality of the food or the service that you received, give them another chance. They deserve it! Before you ask, no, I am not affiliated with Ruby Tuesday in any way. The reason that I’m asking you to give them another chance is because I’ve personally experienced the turnaround in quality that this location has undergone. One year ago, I had one of the worst dining experiences at this location that I believe I’ve ever had. The food was terrible. The service was terrible. The whole situation was so bad that I didn’t step foot back inside ANY Ruby Tuesday for more than six months. Earlier this year I was taking my Parents out for dinner. Mom wanted to go to Ruby Tuesday. She’s diabetic, and their menu offers her more choices than just about any other restaurant in town, especially with the incredible salad bar. It took quite a bit of convincing to get me to go there… in fact, I had already made up my mind that I was just going to pick at my food and then stop and get a burger somewhere after we left there. I was all set to be «that customer», you know the one that complains the whole time about how bad everything is. By the time we left, the only thing I had to complain about was my own attitude going in. Our meal was incredible! This year on Father’s Day, the one-year anniversary of our horrible experience, we decided to give them another shot. Once again, the experience was well beyond my expectations. I ordered the Smokey Mountain Chicken at the recommendation of Kristi, our awesome Server, along with the White Cheddar Mashed Potatoes and Baked Mac & Cheese. By the time our meal was over, my plate was so clean that it looked as if it had already been washed. Dad’s steak was cooked perfectly. Mom ordered Chicken Tenders, which weren’t even on the menu, but they made for her anyway. The entire meal was perfect! You know it was a good meal when your only complaint is that you ate too much! :) To say that I am impressed with the job that General Manager Carley Lutz has done with turning this restaurant around would be an understatement. She has improved absolutely everything… the quality of the food, the quality of the staff, even the little things that go unnoticed sometimes such as staffing levels and morale. Ruby Tuesday has gone from the place I avoided in Lebanon to my favorite restaurant there, thanks to the efforts of Carley and wonderful servers like Kristi. So if you are like me, and you’ve had a bad experience at Ruby Tuesday before, don’t hold it against the current staff. Give them the opportunity to show you that they are indeed one of the quality restaurants in Lebanon. You’ll be glad you did!

Wow! What a turnaround! When we moved to Lebanon we ate at Ruby Tuesday a couple times and it was really below our expectations. Reluctantly we gave it another chance an it has become our weekly favorite! The nightly manager(Mellissa) bartender(Kristin) and others were top notch. Menu has also gottten a transformation also, generally the food is well prepared and well-timed. Overall the personal touch has made this a great experience, cudos to the Lebanon crew!

Very bad customer service, and roaches!!! Would not suggest eating here. We had just finished our meal and the server had taken our card to scan when a roach fell out of the overhead air-conditioning vent onto the table, I quickly captured it with a empty glass to show manager, the manager was not helpful he just said sorry at least you had finished eating before it fell. I have no idea how they stay in business. They are never crowded, usually less than 1⁄3rd full. That said, good food for a fair price. They tend to revamp their menu frequently, so if you have a favorite meal, it could be gone the next time you go in. We’ve stopped going for that reason.

I absolutely love the salad bar here. The basil pesto tilapia was perfectly cooked and proportioned. I had to drop a start off because the broccoli was not cooked well at all. It was almost as crisp as the fresh broccoli on the salad bar. Toby the waiter even had the broccoli cooked again and the new serving came out the same. I told them to call the donelson store tio find out how to do it right.

«If their are more cars in the parking lot than you have fingers then lets keep driving because the staff cannot handle it.» That used to be my thoughts on the l-town location of Ruby Tuesday, but not anymore. I have been their 3 times now in the past 6 months and the service is much improved. Tonight Donna was my server and she was exceptional. She went out of her way to honestly tell us if she liked or disliked the menu items. When my wife ordered something that she had not had Donna came back and really seamed to care about my wives review.(The idem in question was zucchini sliders and they were horrible. Tasted like cheap guacamole on toast.) That aside the rest of the food was great. My creole talapia was fluffy and not greasy. The Salad bar was high quality as normal. I only hope that if anyone else goes here that the salad bar will still be top notch and they will get a server as good as Donna or else future reviews of this place will only be 2 stars. «I’ll be back»
