This is the most unprofessional group I’ve ever dealt with. It took four months before they actually came to my area to deliver the mirror. In between the four months, I had 3 cancellations. One time their truck broke down, and the other few times they said they would be at my place at a time that I REPEATEDLY said my building would not allow contractors. Finally, four months later they arrive and realize they cannot install the mirror due to my cutouts not being placed at specific dimensions that NOONE had EVER told me about! They didn’t have the equipment to make the specific cut outs my wall needed. They could have mentioned this 4 months ago when I told them about my cut outs. The guys who came to look at the wall were really nice. However, the«girls» at the«office» on the phone were CLUELESS. They couldn’t tell me how thick their mirrors were or any question that I had. They knew NOTHING about mirrors, scheduling or communicating. Due to their lack of professionalism I took two half days from work as well as wasted my time for four months as I could have gotten the mirrors from someone else. Gigantic Mirrors deserves a ZERO!

I was so excited when I ordered a mirror from this company because it was for my special stress-relieving in-home yoga space. I paid $ 95 and the payment came out on 12÷27÷13. They said it would be 4 – 6 weeks for delivery. I began to inquire around that time and was told I would be contacted the following week for delivery. When that week went by and then the next and next, I inquired again and again. Their response to my inquiries about when my mirror would be delivered was always«next week.» Forward to mid-MARCH 2014: Then a couple of weeks ago the response changed to «your order fell through the cracks.» That was on a Monday. The woman said a delivery was scheduled in my area that Thursday, at which point she said my request of 6pm would be okay. I was so excited that I’d finally have my mirror and could start enjoying my yoga space… Wednesday she called to say that the first appointment had canceled and they needed to move my appt to the early afternoon slot. I explained that I had to work, so she CANCELLEDMYDELIVERYAPPOINTMENT.:( Another week went by and never heard a peep. Still I was patient. Now, today(3/19/14)I called and asked for a manager. The woman on the phone came back saying he was busy and my mirror would be delivered«next week” — I asked again to speak with the manager. The manager(David)came to the phone and answered with a clear sound of irritation in his voice. I told him my issue and in a very abrupt and rude fashion, he told me that I would be put on the schedule for«next week.» After expressing concern that I was getting another«next week» answer, David crossed over into just plain mean. He said angrily that they will just refund my money-I told him that I want the mirror, but that I just don’t understand why I’m being pushed aside/forgotten. That’s when he muttered something and then actually, no lie, hung up on me:(I called right back and asked for a refund… which I was told would happen sometime«next week.» I cannot understand why I was treated this way. Thank you Gigantic Mirrors for taking my money and turning my special project into stress that I did not need or deserve.
