KC Blind Guys

We recently installed all new casement windows in our 20 yr old house, and a few windows were done in a different size than original, so we had the need to replace a few window treatments. Our previous window treatment provider (that we used exclusively for all other window treatments) retired, so we reached to the Yellow Pages and Unilocal to identify a highly recommended local provider. We were looking at high-​quality options, such as Hunter Douglas. We found Ray the KC Blind Guys and we could not be more pleased. Ray came to measure our windows after hours, and offered a very competitive price on high-​end Hunter Douglas coverings, and also installed them the same day they arrived, once again after normal business hours. We have 20 foot ceilings in our living room and needed solar shades to cut the glare from the afternoon sun. It was hard on the furniture, even in the winter. Had got several quotes but KC Blind Guys were by far the most affordable. Ray was friendly and professional and even ordered samples so we could choose a color that perfectly matched our décor. Their customer service is great — It took 10 days for our order but their office called us as soon as our blinds were in and set up an appointment right away. Ray installed 7 blinds in a couple hours, and even helped us install a spare one for no extra charge. Our windows look great and we couldn’t be happier with the service and the price.
