Yikes! Today 10÷6÷15 I noticed this car. Only one person inside, so couldn’t have been a student, must have been an instructor. Withing four blocks (3rd & Ward to QuikTrip) she made one illegal turn into the wrong lane, and four turns without signaling, through 3 very risky intersections! NOT who I would want teaching someone how to drive!
