While staying in Mammoth at the end of January 2016, an employee of Conspec operating snow-​blowing equipment unknowingly pelted my car with ice balls, shattering the front window and causing more than 25 dents in the hood, roof and sides. I was told by Steve Hansen, the owner, their insurance company would handle the claim but it was denied. Apparently, the do not carry the proper type of insurance that is commensurate with the services they provide. Don’t use this company! Now my insurance company is going to have to sue them and it is going to be a big mess. Not fun.
