Coach Store

Had quite a disappointing transaction this afternoon at this Coach outlet.
Hubby needed to replace a business card holder.
We’d found one in the $ 39.00 bin… with a 30% discount… In fact there were several to choose from so it was not one randomly placed there hap-​hazardly.
We proceeded to check out when I’d noticed that the amount charged was pretty close to the offering price. I told the woman it was priced at $ 39.00.
She tells me it was originally marked at $ 59.00. She didn’t miss a beat in telling me that some kid was taking stickers off signs and generally causing mayhem.
Not my problem. Any good business would’ve honored the price and taken the «purported» loss. She chose not to.
I thought that was both tacky & crass.
Not the way I do business!
Let’s see if COACH’s «worker bees» actually read their posts and what they’ll do if anything…
I’m not holding my breath!

Fabulous store. Well lit. Gorgeous displays. Today has a 50% off coupon at door. Not sure if that’s everyday or not.
They have a lot of merchandise here and good prices. And no line outside like at so many other coach stores.
The staff were really friendly, but I think they may have been shorthanded, it took a while to check out. But worth it because its not as crowded as other ones, so you can actually see what is on the shelves.
Parking is the mall parking, which is a little odd here.
