Our old car broke down in Massachusetts, on the way home from Maine to NY. Mike and his staff were so nice to work with, confirming the transmission was kaput, then holding the car for us until we could sell it off for scrap. The vibe of their shop is exactly as «straightforward and honest» as another reviewer wrote.

As good as it gets for auto repair! Honest, no nonsense mechanics. Top notch quality repairs. Very reasonable prices. Some jobs come in below the estimate! Who does that anymore? Almost no one, but Ford’s does. If you have ever been skewered by unscrupulous auto repair shops, do yourself a huge favor and bring your business to Ford’s, they will restore your faith in humanity. 100% A#1 the best, thank you Ford“s auto repair!

Mike was the best! He diagnosed and fixed our car’s problem and sent us on our way quickly. Their prices are extremely reasonable, and they couldn’t have been more straightforward and honest. I hope we don’t ever need car repairs in the Berkshires ever agin, but if we do we’ll definitely go to Ford’s!
