Lee Family Practice

Sometimes the reviews reflect the reviewer. Just to say that I’ve been going to Lee Family Practice for years, and never has anyone been uncourteous. Of course your ultimate experience depends on the practitioner, and on that I cannot comment, other than that I’ve been satisfied with my care from Dr. Melanie Levitan. I have also seem Naomi Alson regularly for acupuncture for many years, and could not be happier with her intelligent care.

Absolutely horrendous.
Apart from the very nice and pleasant LPN who took my height and weight, I would rather wait in the emergency room than be seen at Lee Family Practice again. The office staff are downright nasty, unpleasant, and unable to answer very simple questions regarding patient registration.
I was seen by an unfriendly and cold NP who seemed so entirely blinded by her own agenda that she was unable to provide me with any practical advice. It goes without saying, I’ll be changing health care providers.

I am a patient under Kathy Korte, NP. She is a dedicated and sympathetic physician. I have complicated health issues and she investigated my diagnosis, symptoms, and medications. When another physician prescribed me medication that was contraindicated and I suffered from tachycardia, she was extremely responsive.
She would take time for her busy schedule and call personally instead of delegating it to an assistant to discuss my symptoms. She followed through the next day to make sure my symptoms subsided.
She is a truly fantastic physician and I highly recommend her. She is honest, forthright and although she can be considered an «Old Salty» on first impression, she has proven herself to be a truly kind and caring woman. I recommend her highly, in fact, I’ve urged my mother to see her and have my husband switch physicians to be under her care.,
She’s THAT good!
The receptionists are kind, understanding, and incredibly flexible.
