5 stars for this Mobil gas station. Why? The hilarious guy working inside around 2pm on Friday May 8th.
I like this Mobil anyhow — easy in/​out from Route 102 when you are just a couple of miles from the Mass Pike exit. I will usually get my gas and then grab a Diet Coke inside, and yesterday was just awesome.
Temps had already reached 90 (90 degrees!) and I was hot, thirsty and a bunch of other things, but none of which could be solved at the Mobil Lipton Mart. The hilarious guy at the register smiled and wished me «the best night of (my) life» after I paid. I just burst out laughing. I posted this on Facebook later, and my friend’s comments were great. One suggested that this was really setting me up; I mean, how could I top life so far?
I love someone who is just so ridiculously happy to be at work. Or alive… or both.
