I’m not a big fast food guy, despite practically living off of McDonalds, BK, and Wendy’s in my younger years. Of those 3, the only one I go to now is Wendy’s. It’s easy to assume that all of them are the same, given it’s a chain, but I felt this place deserved to be recognized for standing out. The food is what the food at all Wendy’s is, but they’ve never gotten my order wrong, which I appreciate. The restaurant is kept clean, and almost every time I’m here, I see the employees cleaning the tables fairly regularly. The bathroom is also kept clean, which is a big plus. The dining area itself is nice. It doesn’t feel like a hospital cafeteria, unlike other locations. It feels like a sit-down restaurant should. The real standout is the staff. I feel I’m pretty qualified to evaluate the staff as a whole, since I’ve been coming here a lot recently due to annoying difficulties with my home internet service. There are a few different spots to get some food/drink and wifi in the traffic circle, but I come here because this one has the friendliest employees I’ve encountered. Everyone who runs the register smiles and treats you with courtesy. They seem genuinely pleased to take your order and get your food. One of the managers checks in with everyone in the dining room and sometime offers people free samples of menu items. She will take the time to ask you how you are and engage in a conversation, but also won’t make feel like a jerk if you want to just eat and don’t feel like talking. There weren’t too many other reviews, so I thought I’d give this place some of the praise I believe it deserves.

I honestly liked this Wendys if for no other reason than the staff was so friendly. It was a bunch of young guys running the place and one young lady. The boys clearly earned thier pay. They were cleaning like crazy and left no stone unturned. They even were so kind to rinse down our tires when some old lady let her dog take a leak on them. What a day.

I was really hesitant to give this Wendy’s 4 stars because I thought it would ruin my Unilocal reputation but then I realized I don’t have one anyway so you can’t like lose something you don’t have. Regardless, bear with me people, this Wendy’s is great. The woman at the register today was loving everything about her job; she was so friendly, outgoing, and helpful! I asked for a couple recommendations on new items and she gave me her perspective on things. I was shocked, too when she washed her hands after handeling my money; I’ve never seen workers pay this much attention to maintaining sanitation rules. When my meal was ready, the same cashier handed me the meal with a smile and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal. The food was hot and was the best Wendy’s meal I’ve ever had. They nailed it(whatever they did). To the previous reviewer(Donna) maybe you should consider ordering off the value menu? Order 3 salads of the value menu if you’d like and the leftover money can be put towards a spicy chicken wrap. Why can’t people think for themselves? Do some math.

«Meh. I’ve experienced better» pretty much sums it up. What gives, Wendy’s? I used to be able to shell out my $ 7 for a salad there and have enough food to last for two lunches or more. Luscious lettuce topped with a metric ton of vegetables. Not only one, but two salad dressings on the side. Fresh, delicious, heavenly! Then, you started offering a half-size salad, Why? Why! This I believe was the beginning of the end of our relationship. A few months ago, your regular salad was downsized from its awesome filling size to something about ¾ that size. It seemed outrageous to be spending 7 bucks for such a thing. I was wondering if maybe it was a mistake. Then, last week, I decided to give it another try. Meh, I’ve experienced better– like when your salads were a size that warranted a $ 7 price tag! Now the salad has shrunk to half its former size! I shudder to think of how big a half-size salad is now? One leaf of lettuce, maybe? I’m sorry, I won’t be back, despite the commercials with your namesake, Dave’s adorable daughter, who has grown into a lovely young woman and spokesperson. I really want to give her my $ 7 because the salads were so fresh, delicious, and filling. But I can’t justify it when I can run across the street to the supermarket to put together something ten times its size for half the price. It’s a very sad day indeed :(.
