Emily is my new favorite person. There is finally someone in this company that cares about the customers. I have been able to try a couple of different blends they offer. I’m not big on blends because I have no idea what’s in them, however, the customer service and the product that is being produced makes me hopeful again. I will probably buy all of my beans from this roaster until I move again. Cudo’s to these people and the amount of effort hasn’t gone unnoticed.

I just received my order of Sumatran, and I brewed a pot immediately. It is absolutely delicious! I am a bit of a «coffee snob» and I really like great coffee. The Sumatran is flavorful, smooth, and wonderful.
I will order from Higher Ground Roasters again. :)
