Geico Insurance Agent

My insurance nearly doubled because of 1 speeding ticket (the only ticket I have ever had + no accidents) no one can give me an honest answer. They also took nearly $ 900 out of my account. I wonder how long it’s going to take to get a refund! Any other agents please contact me! I’m looking to switch ASAP!!!
They erased my additional comments on facebook, but no one has yet to tell my why my rate doubled in the past 6 months with just one speeding ticket ! Or why they took the amount out of my account without my authorization. I’ve had some reps call me but no one seems to know what’s going on. I would love to talk to someone who could help at least explain why they are more expensive by at least $ 200 more than the past 5 insurance companies I’ve called. Thiefs!!! I should have listened when everyone told me they would increase my rates! Good news: refunds only take 3 – 5 days!
