The Cleaning Authority

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I used this company for a year. They charged more than the competition by nearly $ 40 a week but this is a case of the price not equalling the quality. In a year, they have ruined an end table by spilling and leaving diffusing oil on it, dumped out my wall plug-​ins onto the carpet 4x by plugging them in upside down, broke the pop-​up drain in my bathroom, burned out the motor of one of the bathroom fans by leaving it running when they came to clean while we were on vacation, scuffed up the freshly painted walls with the bathroom and generally were not very good at cleaning. Maybe they don’t pay their employees enough or maybe they don’t have enough management. I can tell you that they do not believe you when you call to report an issue and they do not resolve it. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

I have been using The Cleaning Authority for over a year now. I am very pleased at the professionalism that the cleaning team has when they are in my house. I’m usually not home when they are cleaning but every once in a while I am and the team cleaning is very friendly and courteous. The same team cleans each time so they know your house and the quirks to it. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority to clean your house and/​or business!
