Pretty impressive! Recently my home door keys were not working as well as they should. Then last night coming home around 10:00 pm I couldn’t get my garage door open — the spring had broken! We tried both of our keys and none worked. Finally getting one we had left with a neighbor we were able to open our back door.
Went by Lock Doctor this morning and explained my situation. They suggested first using some spray lube in each lock before doing anything else. I did that and all locks are working like new!
Yes, they could have set up an expensive service call, sold me new keys, and God only knows what else — but they didn’t. All fixed without costing me a cent. These are the good guys and have earned my loyalty.

Wonderfully helpful on a Saturday morning to help with a broken key in a pontoon boat! Made me 5 keys on site and it was less than 100.00! Service with a smile, timely, professional. I have used them once since and it was just as good!

What a great place! I was greeted by a very friendly young man as soon as I entered the store. I have been trying to get in here since Christmas when I got a custom key blank for my motorcycle. I finally made it and WOW was that easy in and out of the store in under 5 minutes with my newly cut custom key plus a spare since you can never have too many. I looked around a bit before I left and man they have it all keys and locks for everything including all the high tech stuff. Definitely a place to check out. I know I will be back.

To get 5 stars, you have to be really, really good. And let me attest to Lock Doctor having earned all 5 stars today.
Apparently we have a ghost in our house. My car keys vanished. Into thin air. The only explanation is a Poltergeist.
So, I called Lock Doctor. They had a mobile unit out to my house in a little over an hour on a Monday morning. Impressive. It was bitter cold outside, and the car was not in the garage. The technician was into the car in short order, and had me spare, functional transponder keys not too long after. Very professional tech.
