Vantage Point Exteriors

Making the decision to pull 30K out of our retirement fund to rescue our crumbling home’s exterior was NOT an easy one. After consideration of several repair estimates, we went with Vantage point Exteriors and we (and the neighbors ;-) are very happy that we did! The job included some deck restoration, soffit & fascia repair and complete residing with James Hardie Fiber Cement. Completed ahead of schedule and with minimal suffering on our part, the house looks fantastic and the woodpeckers have moved away for good. We had a tree hit our home and damage the siding. I found Vantage Point on a recommmended list and called the company. They answered the phone right away, and came to see us the same day. We had a couple of other estimates, and this one was one of the best. He suggested that we reside our home with James Hardie siding. He promised we would love it (and we do!!) We provided a deposit and once the weather cooperated, they began to change our home into a showcase.
Matt make made a couple of verbal promises, which he did not write down, but he honored those and made this an easy transaction. He seems to be really concerned about customer satisfaction. The siding installers are craftsmen, that respected our property and thoroughtly cleaned up the yard.
We had a leak that perplexed the previous owners and us, and Matt assurred us that the siding would resolve that problem. We trusted him and our trust was not misplaced. We have had torrential rain since then, and the old leak is no more. It is almost a miracle!
Matt has lived up to his promises… he said he would be here each day of the job (and he was), he told us we would love the house (and we do) and he told us that we would be completely satisfied (and we are).
He has followed up after the sale to see if anything else has popped up… almost unehard of in this business.
We would do business with them agian, if the need arises. You should too!!!
