Dr Misty Paul helped my daughter with headaches, a tight jaw, and some mild back pains. My daughter loves to visit Dr Paul and feels better after every visit. Dr Paul is very caring and patient, and really listens to you. She takes her time, and has some great tools that she uses to evaluate your condition. I am now taking one of my other daughters there for some advice on nutrition and help with various aches and pains. She really enjoyed meeting Dr Paul and looks forward to her next visit.

Dr. Misty Paul and Dr. Brent Banks are MIRACLE WORKERS! The new clinic (near Wegman’s) is spectacular — so calm and and soothing. The entire staff is friendly and the doctors take their time to explain everything. You could not be in better hands than at Basics First. I really feel they have it wrong… I think that when it comes to Basics First, they always seem to put ME first!
