Was there last night. Loved the privacy. Enjoyed our desserts. Thought the Rice Krispy Treats were solid. Affogato was delicious with chocolate and mint gelato. Will come back again to try their mocha.

Good coffees, polite and friendly services, and a cozy place to hang out. Wish it didn’t cost me $ 4 for a 6oz cup.

I’ve been to Bean Bar a couple of times and have never been disappointed. It’s a cute coffee shop with a good selection of coffee and pastries. It’s the perfect place to study! I’ve ordered the espresso macchiato, regular, and vanilla latte. My favorite is probably the vanilla latte. It’s a good blend between sweet and bitter. I’ve been meaning to come back to try the other options, but haven’t had time. One thing I’ve noticed is that depending on the day or barista I guess, the drinks come out either with foam art or without it. Latte art intrigues me and makes me happy, so the two times I’ve gotten my coffee without it disappointed me. LOL, of course the taste was still the same and I’ll keep coming back regardless of whether my drink is pretty or not.

Solid. Definitely worth the stop if you’re in the area. They have great coffee AND tea(and a nice assortment of snacks/cookies/scones/etc.) Funky but inviting and cozy atmosphere. They offer plenty of comfortable seating for hanging out, but it’s also quick enough service to grab-and-go. The friendly staff here also make it worth the while for me. Wish this place was closer to home. Great spot!

This place is great and I really enjoyed the atmosphere but with a few exceptions. It would be the perfect place to meet for a cup of coffee or spend a while reading/studying but the music was a bit on the loud side. That being said, the music choice was on point but I would have enjoyed my time there more if it wasn’t as loud.

This is by far my favorite coffee shop. I love coffee, but I feel like it’s so hard to find a place that actually knows how to make it. Bean Bar knows how to make it. And the way it is set up inside really sets it apart. I love that there is a long bar that customers can sit and hang out at. And the chairs are so comfortable. However, the décor is just part of what makes it fabulous. I love the staff. They are always so friendly and happy. And in my opinion, it’s the best coffee ever. Oh, and the food doesn’t hurt either. The macaroons are something I feel everyone must try. I wish I could go here every morning, but it’s in the opposite direction of my work. If this place ever closes, I’ll probably just have to stop drinking coffee because no one will match up to it.

Horrendous coffee paired with stale baked goods. We threw our coffee and«food» in the trash. Ordered a latte, a mocha, everything bagel and a chocolate croissant. The young man that made the coffee did a great job with the presentation. The actual coffee was just so so bad.

This is my absolute favorite coffee shop in Leesburg. Friendly staff and great coffee. The atmosphere is unique as well. I like the bar. It gives you a more personal experience. It’s different than your usual Starbucks style coffee shop. They have really comfortable chairs as well. It’s a great place to go and read a book. The giant macaroons are awesome.

Visiting and decided to try a place for coffee that wasn’t Starbucks. I had a peppermint mocha and it was very good. Love the furniture and décor. The only downside was I thought it was a little difficult to figure out the menu — what was posted was not specific enough. Like ‘sandwich.’ Probably would have gotten more if it was easier to see what they offered.

Funny, I’m not a coffee drinker, but I go here 2 – 3 times a week to work. Very friendly staff, great selection of teas and danishes, scones, etc. Priced right, internet works great, comfortable chairs, what else do you need?

Bean Bar, I’m so ecstatic that you have opened in Leesburg! We definitely need more of these cute coffeeshops in the area. This has definitely become one of my favorite places to go to get some creative and good quality work done. The atmosphere and ambiance is warm and inviting. The décor is very unique, delicate, and pretty. There’s ample seating at the bar, some nice couches and sofa chairs, a cute fireplace, and various small tables around. On top of their ample seating, there’s a lot of drinks to choose from as well. Since it’s also a bar, there’s also some select wine options from local vineyards that I heard are worth a try! I love coming here to grab a cup of coffee and pair it with their delicious macaroons.

What a cute place! Customer service was awesome, especially Max! He gave me a free cappuccino with pretty late art(see picture!) I also had a delicious cinnamon latte, which was just the right amount of sweetness! We had there ham and cheese crossings which were buttery and delicious! We will definitely be back!

It’s got a great atmosphere, friendly people and a wide selection to choose from. My only real complaint is that even you want coffee, be prepared to shell out more than $ 3.00 and that’s kind of ridiculous. On the flip side, because it’s so charming and the people who work there seem knowledgeable; one could argue that the $ 3.00 encourages a relaxed setting to sit down and chat. One crucial thing that would be a huge help; Free water. Seriously.

I stopped in for some snacks while my daughter was getting her hair done next door at Sweet and Sassy Salon. I was shocked at the prices. I ordered a brownie, small chocolate milkshake and 2 grilled cheese kids meals. $ 21!!! I could have gone out to dinner with that. The cheese they used was weird, my daughter hated the sandwhich. The only good thing about the meal was the chips… Some of the best I’ve had. The milkshake was disgusting. It was more like a chocolate smoothie.

About a 3.5: The Bean Bar is located in the Village at Leesburg, and this coffee shop is set up more like a bar with ample amount of bar seating, as well as a little area with comfortable leather armchairs. I really liked the colorful chandeliers, especially the pink one, and featuring of local artist work(that you can purchase)! The menu offers some breakfast(yogurt parfait, cereal, bagels, etc.), sandwiches, pastries, hot/cold beverages(espresso, leaf brews, and even options for customizations), as well as gluten-free options. I tried their 7 Spice Chai Tea Latte with half and half, and while it wasn’t as sweet as I’d like it to be, it was still pretty okay; you can definitely taste some of the spices. I love how they partnered up with some local businesses, such as the Cardinal Bakery, Madcap Coffee(in which you can also purchase the whole beans), Trickling Springs Creamery, and Sugar Pig Sweets. Don’t forget to sign up for their loyalty program(just give them your name and your phone number, and they’ll just put it in the system), and anytime you spend $ 50, a $ 5 gift card is awarded. Cute place with friendly staff, I’d love to come back and try out their other espresso bar offerings: D +free wifi +comfortable leather armchairs +ample bar seating +partnered with local businesses: D +located in the Village at Leesburg plaza

This is a well-earned 5-star rating, but I must caveat that I only had time to enjoy a dopio espresso, but for that — perfect. Brilliantly brewed ristretto. On the small plate with my espresso was a tiny glass of ice cold seltzer water which was magnificently refreshing after a fantastically strong shot(I’m not kidding here — one of the most delicious espressos I’ve ever had). Perfectly brewing Mad Hat beans(super great roasters) is apparently a snap for these folks. As far as ambience, this is the kind of shop I enjoyed when working downtown in DC, but with a super friendly staff that’s neither pretentious nor blasé. On the same note, they’re not overbearing. Great music, outlets out the ring yang, British-style phone booths for private calls(!!!), and a delicious looking selection of hand made baked goods(again, I didn’t partake). My ONLY complaint? It’s not closer to my house. What a welcomed change of pace for this over-Starbucked part of Loudoun. Cheers!

The latte I ordered at Bean Bar isn’t the best I’ve had, and maybe a dollar more than I’m used to paying(comparing to a basic cup in Arlington or DC), but there are definitely pro’s that would convince me to come back. The place itself is pretty unique with wooden interior, and eccentric decorations. It reminds me of a cross between someone’s cozy living room, and a cabin? It’s nice though. The staff was good. The guy at the front gave me his suggestion on poptarts, and drinks. The other guy played some good music. I recognized some Nujabes in the mix, which definitely made for a calming and nice atmosphere that morning. Some electronic music was in the mix, as well. My girlfriend and I stayed to enjoy our coffee and pastries with our laptops to do work. The chocolate croissant my friend had was pretty good, but I preferred my blueberry poptart. It was surprisingly flaky and yummy(but a little pricey; about the same I paid for the latte…). I think coffee taste is the reason why I did not give Bean Bar 4 stars. It seemed a little too watered down the Wednesday morning I came in. However, everything else about this place, I enjoyed!

I am not a coffee addict nor do I write reviews on coffee. But this place is different. It is pretty much a new place with nice ambiance. They have a coffee bar .In one section they have traditional sofa set. the sofa set part is really good if you are in a group. In other section you have the usual coffee tables. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The baristas were very polite and gave nice suggestions. I asked the barista for hot+sweet coffee and he suggested the spicy cardamom coffee. I really enjoyed the coffee. It was much better than what i was expecting. I had also ordered lemon cake which complimented the coffee. Overall … will certainly recommend !
