This company took care of my flooded basement very quickly. I called and left message and Alonzo the owner responded and came by that day. He provided good information on what was needed and brought fans back the same eve. The rate was reasonable and he worked with my insurance company providing photos of damage and itemized receipt. He answered all my calls and helped me understand the entire process. He followed up to make sure the job was done right and to my satisfaction. I would definately recommend this company.

I called Alonzo’s team for an emergency water damage job at 10pm at night! I didn’t hear from the other BIG companies… But Alonzo picked up, came to the sight and did a phenomenal job for one of my most particular clients. We were all very impressed. This is an awesome company. Alonzo is all about customer service. There were no surprises and they did an incredible job cleaning the carpeting. It looks brand new, and we’re talking about white carpeting that had not been cleaned for several years, in a house with two large dogs. Alonzo and his team are amazing.

Great company. I’ve used the cleaning service twice now and I’m very pleased. They discuss everything with you upfront and will not leave until your carpet is spotless. And if something comes up after the service they will gladly come and treat the area again.
