If you are looking for a very professional and outstanding carpet cleaning company then Loudoun CleanPro is the Carpet cleaner for you. Mike is the owner and he personally answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. He asked me a battery of questions to be sure that he knew exactly what I was looking for, right down to the closets. He explained about his carpet cleaning product and how it differed from steam cleaning. He showed up on time with his helper and was very professional and friendly! He and his assistant wear shoe covers and were very careful to keep other areas of my home clean. The final product was amazing! I told him I was worried about my allergies and the citrus deodorizer used and he said that he had never had any issues and that his product is useful for people like me with allergies. He was right! I had no issues and the carpet had a wonderful citrus fragrance. I would highly recommend this company. His prices are very reasonable and competitive.

Mike did a great job on our wall to wall carpet and our oriental rugs. He is conscientious, thorough, and takes pride in doing things right. Also, very pleasant to deal with. Highly recommend.

I do not personally know Mike, but when I contacted him and asked him if he would clean a love seat for a recently widowed young mom for free, he didn’t hesitate. (The love seat had sentimental value with regards to her late husband.) AND after cleaning the love seat, he noticed that her carpeting was in need of cleaning and asked her if he could come back and take care of that for her sometime. I hope you will support a business owner who is willing to use his company to help those in need in his community.

I recently used loudoun cleanpro for 3 oriental rugs in serious need of some cleaning. It was fast, easy and affordable. They picked up my carpets mid-​day Wednesday and returned the by Thursday afternoon clean and smelling great. Couldn’t ask for nicer or more timely service. Next time I need my carpets cleaned I will certainly be contacting them!

Loudoun CleanPro is FANTASTIC! They use a citrus-​based organic cleaning solution that left our 14yr-​old carpet looking like new, and our carpets dried in about 2 hours. I especially loved that he didn’t have a long hose running over my newly refinished wood floors like the steam cleaners use. And ORGANIC is important to me since I have allergies and we have an old dog. We were going to buy new carpet this year, but won’t have to now that we’ve discovered Mike and CleanPro :)
