Larry was very professional and fixed our tenant’s heating system same day. Very friendly and clear on the explanation on the broken part. Highly recommend.

Sunday morning we realized that our AC had stopped working. We immediately got on Angie’s List and called 4 different A-​rated repair companies. Two never called us back, one called back 5 hours later, and Mr Portch of Loudoun Air Conditioning & Heating actually answered his phone. He was on another job but he took our info and came to our house right afterwards. He did a quick diagnostic and determined that we had a bad capacitor. Unfortunately he didn’t have anymore of that model on his truck but he could get one the next day. He set an appointment with us for first thing the next morning (Monday) and he showed up on time and fixed the problem in about ten minutes, and apologized that it took so long to get done… Mr Portch was very professional and friendly, he was straight with us, his prices are very fair, and he was funny. If we ever have problems in the future, this is the only place we’re going to call!

I called Loudoun Refrigeration Company at 12:30PM on July 3^rd because the other company that was schedule to come didn’t show up. I left a voice mail and less than 1Hr Larry called me back. We spoke for 5 min. and he gave some ideas of the problems that I suspected while I did mu research. The reason that I chose him is because me made him available to come on the same day (as other companies could send any technical person until the following week. He explained what he was doing during the troubleshooting, the problem and the solutions available. He recommended the cheapest solution and provided a guaranty in case does not work.

Mr. Porch came out on the day after Christmas in the snow and ice to repair my furnace that had quit working. The company that installed it would not come out because of the weather and they are a much larger firm. Anyway Mr. Porch found the problem immediately and made the needed repairs. He is honest in his assessment and his prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a good HVAC person/​company this is the company you should call. I will be using his services now since the other company (M.E. Flow refused to come out).
