Manhattan Pizza

Went for carry out, there was no heat, the ceaser salad was lousy, the pizza topping had no flavor and it was greasy. I was very disappointed and will not be back. The restaurant was filthy, very unappetizing.

We order Manhattan’s for delivery all the time — love most of their entrees, never had the pizza. They offer a wide variety of food. Always our go to when we can’t agree on what to order. Delivery isn’t fast, but within 45 minutes.

Service is very friendly. But food has become terrible. Just go somewhere else. Food was so bad so many times it has inspired me to write my first Unilocal review.

We tried to order two different pizzas off the menu, but they said they don’t make them anymore. We were a little confused as to why they were still on the menu, but still ordered a pizza. While we were waiting, I went the bathroom. It was disgusting! Broken toilet paper dispense, broken toilet seat, overflowing trash can, and bucket of cleaning supplies in the corner. When I came to our table, I noticed a hole in the wall next to the table. Then the pizza came out. Rehydrated mushrooms and frozen pizza. They shouldn’t be allowed to call this place Manhattan Pizza. Never coming back.

Surprise dinner place, brought here by friends. I ordered a personal Bada Bing pizza, and it did NOT disappoint.
Lotsa sausage, lotsa pepper on a well formed crust that wasn’t too crispy nor soggy. It tasted awesome. The tables outside, and the Lovin’ Berry place next door add to the charm of it. A lovely evening was had by all.

My husband and I enjoy this place for the pizza and the pepperoni rolls. The tables outside are nice to sit at on a cool evening.

This place is a joke!!! I ordered 2 pizzas and wings, they both tasted awful. For a person that doesn’t like cheese, let’s say there was NO cheese on the pizza. It had no taste, the crust was doughy (not cooked) Food was un-​edible. I will never go there again!

I got boneless wings here last night. I got it to-​go and didn’t look at it, and when I did I was already home and saw its burned. It was less noticeable with sauce on but Then I microwaved it and saw it really was burned. Disgusting I can’t believe they put that in a box and gave it to me. The girls at the front were nice but apparently thought I wanted burned chicken. It was my first time and I’ll never come here again

I keep coming back for the pizza and wings. Love that you can order online. Delivery guys are always polite, but delivery always takes at least an hour. If you want to place an order, do it online, as it’s hard to get someone on the phone who can even hear you.

The owner reached out to me so I gave this place another try. I’m glad I did. I was very impressed. My wife and I got a white pizza with gyro meat and feta and it was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. We also gave the wings another shot and they were crispy and delicious as promised. I love the buffalo sauce they use. House made and unique.

I am a former north NJ/​NY girl (i mention since we are snobs for this type of delivery joint) and truly enjoy their food. I can easily customize my order in their awesome online ordering system and they have accurately fulfilled it 96% of the time. Sometimes it has taken a while to deliver but it’s been expected since there are known and visible weather issues. I love the local Giovanni’s since they are the truest NJ/​NY-​style spot (slight attitude included) but since they don’t deliver, Manhattan wins my overall vote. Great food, great service.

Good pizza my family and I were pleasantly surprised. Living in the NYC area before moving here I can honestly say this is the closet to the pizza I’m used to it’s hot when delivered and the garlic bread is yummy! I’ve tried a lot of pizza places and this is definitely one of the top. And the fact that lovenberry is attached and delivers! How can you beat that.

We have ordered a couple of times a month for the past few months and there has been a vast improvement to their pizzas and wings! My kids like their extra cheese pizza and I like their veggie pizza. The manager is very nice and accommodating and I love how you can order online ! Great improvements!

Stopped in here on the way home from Giant to grab something quick for my daughter. Got a half Pepperoni, half cheese large pizza for both of us. Wasn’t expecting anything great, but was pleasantly surprised. My daughter even commented how good the pizza was and we have ordered from there repeatedly since then. Staff is friendly. Pick-​up pizza is done on time. Delivery is still hot when it arrives. Manhattan now enters our rotation with Andy’s in Leesburg and Mama Lucci for the best pizza in town.

Food is okay. Chicken bone in my salad. Delivery sucks! It took 2 hrs to get our pizza. Ordered from Ashburn for 10yrs and I was impressed every time. I think we are finally giving up on Leesburg.

By far, much better than generic chain pizza. I’ve had a little bit of everything off the menu, and i feel confident in saying that while i live in the Loudoun area, this will be my top pizza place! Just love it!

Enjoy the pizza, especially the BBQ, good take out option. Other meals such as salads and sandwiches could use an upgrade. Appreciate the fact that they seem to support the local community. Ok for a quick bite.
Just tried the new and improved wings. The owner sent me a msg that they changed the recipe. I really like the change. They added a breading with a good spice blend, almost tastes like Parmesan infused breading. I’ll be back.

Don’t call this place to make an order because they don’t answer. I called twice and the phone rang easily 20 times before I gave up. How do you stay in business when you don’t answer the phone. I have ordered pizza here multiple times but it seems recently that this place has given up on customer service. I gave three stars because the pizza is ok but that’s about it.

Wow! I’m shocked. As a weekly customer ($ 40 orders) I was appalled when Zack the «manager» told me about a coupon available but demanded I have it in hand. I told him that I gave it away last time even though the driver didn’t ask for it. It’s my daughters birthday and we were ordering 5 Large pizzas. He said I HAD to have the coupon or I would be paying full price.
I won’t be ordering from Manhattan ever again. I’ll be calling Mama Luccis or La Villa Roma from now on.

My son and I ate here after having a terrible (non eating experience) at Green Turtle. We ordered 2 slices of pizza and garlic bread. The pizza was good — NY style — which means thin, but not crispy, and slightly greasy. I thought it was good.
We were one of two people in the restaurant — Sunday morning — so it was slow. The counter staff were mostly teenagers but I found them to be very nice.
I had one stand out moment. When I was getting a fountain drink (fountain is on other side of restaurant) my son apparently shook salt over my pizza. One of the boys at the counter saw this, told me about it and asked if I wanted another piece. I gladly told him yes and thanked him for noticing and providing good service.
He said «don’t say anything, I don’t think I should do this but I wanted it to taste good for you».
This service was outstanding — management should take note of his hesitance and reassure the staff that they should do what is needed in order to provide the best service possible. I worked at Disney World, which of course is known for service, and this was one of their main policies. Do whatever it takes within your power to make sure that the customer is happy!
