Customer Service stinks at this location. You either get rude ones or someone that won’t even look at you, much less talk as you check out. It’s horrible!

I’ve been to many Marshall’s and this one is unique merely for its staff: there’s a male mgr who is superb! He walks around helping everyone, staff and customers alike, offering to help, offering suggestions on design — THAT ARE SPOT on!!! One shoe was missing the mate and he took my name and number and said he’d call if it ever appeared — low and behold, a month later, HE DID!!! The merchandise is good, but the good items go quick!

I love this store. I love that the stock changes and you never ever know what you’ll find. There will be days when I have nothing in mind to buy and leave the store with several large bags. Other days, I’m looking for something specific and can be in and out in a jiffy. Mostly, I spend at least one hour here.
I’ll be on vacation and when I get back I literally have to get my ‘fix’ to see what they have added to their stock.
My typical Marshalls habit… do a ‘drive-​by’ of the shoes and then return to shoes that peak my interests. When I’m done with the shoe section I scope out the clothing racks and then of course the purses. Although, I must say they have a nice selection of purses here but a much better selection at TJ Maxx by the mall. But this isn’t TJ so I need to get back on track.
After that, I like to peruse the home section. I’m out of room in my house for furnishings but yea, I still like to look at ‘em and try and figure out how to work this new piece in. :-)
Staff has always been nice to me. Sure, they’re not always chatty but they smile to me and treat me well. The cashiers are always smiling for me. I know it’s like a machine’s automated response when they say «Hello. How are you?» with a smile but still, its nice.
I’ve never had a problem or attitudes with exchanges or returns either. The few times I’ve done a return is because I wasn’t in the mood to try something on and just bought ‘em. I hardly do that anymore. Hardly. lol
Parking is plentiful.

I’m going to say that with any store like Marshall’s or Ross Dress for Less, all these stores are either a hit or miss. And with that shared, this store must have it’s good days or bad days depending on what you are looking for. I didn’t have anything in mind but I did notice that they had a lot of good brands out there on the floor.
The prices are a little higher than Ross Dress for Less but it’s ok because the high brands differ and makes it worth it to check out both to score on buying brand clothing for a cheaper price.
Clean store and nice staff willing to help you if you’re looking for anything. I’m pretty sure I’ll return before I leave.

Good deals to be found on clothing. It’s hit or miss, so be prepared to spend a bundle (because you found much more than you imaged) or not much at all (because you hit it on an off day). Quite unorganized on sizing so check the label — don’t go by their colored tags on the hanger. Remember, these items are usually seconds, so also check seams, buttons, etc. As far as bargain warehouse clothes shopping goes, I like this place but I do think Ross is better.

I love shopping at Marshall’s. A lot of people turn their nose up, but you really can shop for so much less. Especially if you are looking for work clothes. Warning: you have to be in a patient mood to go through all of the racks. You have to do a little work to shop there, but it’s worth it. Last night, I found a dress for my friend’s bachelorette party, and it cost me $ 10! How amazing. I also found some shorts for my vacation for good prices, too. Usually I’d go to J. Crew and spend $ 30-​$ 40 on them. Not this time! This store is one of the best locations, too. I always find things here. They have a great section of career clothing and a huge dress section. It’s not too crowded or messy. You really can’t go wrong here. Happy shopping!
