McDonald’s

Hope I’m not repeating this review but seem to have a bit of a problem getting it posted.
I had a serious problem with service & staff and was forced to report my ordeal to Corprate Customer Service. The response I received from Corprae, Regional & Local management was simply fantastic! Mcee’Ds is a world wide company but they still care about their local customers. I am Very satisfied with the responses I received from them.
If you had a problem with this store, Give them another chance & I believe you’ll be satisfied wth any/​all changes that will (or have been) made.

Traveling through, we stopped for 4 quick breakfasts. Parts of our order were left put and after asking 3 times, we did not get any creamer for our coffee. Also, we were given 2 napkins for the entire order. Would not recommend stopping here.

This McDonalds was terrible! It smelt bad right when you walked in and it was filthy. The food was ok and the service was par for the course. Oh and did I mention the 7+ VULTURES that were hanging around the dumpster when we left!!! I’m NOT joking!

All we wanted was an ice cream cone for my son. This was the second one we visited because the other one in Leesburg had the ice cream machine broken down (at 3pm on a Sunday). We were told to pull up because «it wasn’t ready». I went inside and they said it was too liquidy– then the manager said «no…it’s just that the mix ran out»
Sweet lord. I didn’t even get a refund. Take my $ 1. I couldn’t believe there was that much drama over a damn ice cream cone. It would maybe be wise, I don’t know, to not turn your ice cream machine off in the middle of a weekend afternoon.

Lunch on the road. Their Southwest Grilled Chicken salad passes as healthy and is somewhat tasty.
The 2 stars is more for the establishment more than the food. The parking lot here is a nightmare. If you’re interested in your 15 year old learning how to maneuver a car then this is the perfect place to practice. There were more customers waiting for food than there were ordering food even at 1:00 PM in the afternoon.

I work across the highway from this McDonald’s, but I don’t go there because of the crappy food and service there. I have gone a few times in the three years I’ve worked in the area, but never again!
In my final visit, I wanted a value meal, which was to include a free Coke glass. I got one a year ago (the last time I went to that place, actually) and wanted another. I rarely go to any McD’s because it’s the wost fast food, but I went this time. The drive-​thru line was snaking around the building, so I went in and ordered to-​go. The place was a joke. Dirty, unorganized, and packed to the brim with employees just standing around. I guess the large number of workers there stems from the mass hiring of part-​time, minimum-​wage workers that McD’s has been inexplicably touting recently.
One of the managers had brought in her young son and was parading him around so the workers could see him. They all just stood there staring and talking, no work being done of any kind. Even the drive-​thru attendant was just standing there looking, his mouth gaping open. No wonder the drive-​thru line was so long! Finally, some very lethargic (aka very lazy) girl sauntered up to the counter and took my order, bored and almost irritated that somebody wanted to be served. She did every single part of her job in slow-​motion as I stood there tapping my fingers on the counter. Slow, slow, slow. My order finally came up, but by then, everybody had walked away from the counter to stare at that boy yet again and talk to his mom, so I had to flag down a manager just to get some ketchup! She hastily threw (not placed, THREW) a tiny handful of packets in my bag and ran off to talk to that other manager and her son.
By the time I got to the door, I realized that they didn’t get me that FREE Coke glass! I was just so appalled by the incompetence at every level in that place that I just shook my head and left without even bothering for my glass, which was the only reason I went there. The burger was lukewarm and dry, and the fries were cold and limp. Bad food, bad service. Not lovin’ it!

Avoid the drive thru at all costs!
Extremely slow service and unapologetic management. If you are brave enough to ask for a refund after waiting for 20 min, be prepared for rudeness. The only thing being served quickly here is attitude.

This is the closet McDonald’s to my house. I ate there tonight the food was what you expect from McDonalds (nothing special) The drive through was very quick total time was under 5 mins
