Update .The owner called me and apologized and asked for another chance so dummy me did and I went in the next day requesting to have our pool pump replaced. Once the manager realized I filed a complaint with Pinch a pennys corp office she copped an attitude towards me. She had me fill out a service call sheet and asked me to text a pic of the pump to a phone number(I did that later that evening) and she said I would receive a call the next morning. Guess what never received a call(until after I filed another complaint with the corp office) well I waited 6 days with no call so I called their competitor(United Pools) yesterday and they replaced the pump today. So the manager just gave away a $ 400. job to a competitor and how many others has she done that to who never said a word just went elsewhere. The manager must be related to or the girlfriend of the franchise owner to still have her job as she is completely incompetent and running customers off… THEYLOSTOURBUSINESSANDREFERRALSFORLIFE
