Seriously, do not eat here! It has gone down hill over the past few years. Ordered a pan pizza. Was served a hand tossed pizza in a pan.

I love Pizza hut, always have, but this place is broken. They hardly have any pizzas out on the buffet and what was out was old and stale. Shady place. Bill

It’s bad. Real bad. So bad to the point that I wouldn’t be surprised if Pizza Hut doesn’t revoke their franchise license for damaging the brand. The dough isn’t fresh by any means, like the others have said — It tastes stale. From what I can guess, the store is either lazy or broke, or both, and doesn’t want to throw away old dough. Head across town to the Pizza Hut by Home Depot, or even the Pizza Hut Express at Target. Seriously.

I’ve never had such a terrible experience at a Pizza Hut in my life. We thought it would be fun to go to a dine-in Pizza Hut since you don’t see those much anymore. When we entered the waitress was sitting in a booth inside the totally empty restaurant. She told us to sit anywhere. We walked around the place and every booth was dirty. Eventually our waitress came to us and laughed and said that none of the booths were clean so we should just pick a spot and she’d clean up the mess later. She brought us our drinks and took our order before cleaning off the table. We ordered spinach on our pizza but the pizza came without it. The waitress said«oops my bad one second I will bring some spinach!» A few minutes later she appeared with rubber gloves and a bag of cold spinach that she then sprinkled onto our pizza. She laughed and told us that they don’t cook their spinach at this location, however I order spinach on my pizza every time I go to Pizza Hut and it is cooked a tad… also a menu photo on the table displayed a pizza with cooked spinach toppings. Strange that this location specially sprinkles it on for you…

I grew up going to Pizza Hut, and for the last 20 years we’ve probably ordered from them once a month at least. I can’t say it’s ever been gourmet, but if you want pizza, it’s always been consistently tasty. Until… They’ve revamped their menu which sounded good, but NO. The crust is bad, the sauce is terrible. Our family ordered 2 pizzas as normal except that we ate ½ of one, and pitched the rest. Major fail. We couldn’t even have pizza on «Pizza Friday» this past week; not from anywhere. Thanks PH for ruining pizza night.

You know why I order from Pizza Hut? It’s for those nights when you crave that signature pizza and pan crust. This is by far the worst Pizza Hut I’ve EVER eaten at. First off they are so goddamn cheap with their pizza sauce. We’re ordered from them twice now hoping that the first time was a fluke but both times our pizzas came delivered like CARDBOARD with no sauce. I’m almost convinced(hoping actually) that the person that made our pizza forgot to add sauce instead of them using so little. Do not order from here. I’m helping you not waste your mom. Try another Pizza Hut or local spot. UGH.

Ok, stopped by for a carry out order for a Large pizza, loaded with almost everything. I had some issues with the coupon code online, so called on the way over. After only a single ring, a super friendly answers the phone(Michelle) and talks me through the order. She was also having trouble with the code, but was very curious, and I told her I was on the way. Once there, she tried a few things with the order, but couldn’t make it happen, so she used a substitute code which worked out just as well. Also, though I forgot to ask, she offered the peppers and parmesan cheese which came in handy :) Overall the pizza was delicious(though it included sausage which I’m not a fan off), and customer service great. I don’t normally rate pizza places, but after very rushed/cavalier experiences at the nearby dominos and caesars, I’m happy to have found a pizza joint that goes beyond just good pizza :)

Not sure why the service is so slow. The drink waitress doesn’t even say anything to you and the person that takes your money is a zombie. The dining area is not very clean. Never again will we be back.

Three of us walked in at 11:30 for lunch and there were 2 medium pizzas on the buffet. We cleared those pizzas out in 5 minutes. A total of 12 people were in the restaurant and it was 11:50 before there were 2 more pizzas on the buffet… We don’t go to Pizza Hut for salad. Bottom line is that they were completely unprepared for lunch and they just don’t give a damn about how long they make customers wait. People only have so long for lunch. Also, drink refills were very slow because the waitress stood around chatting with a customer she knew instead of helping the other 11 people in the restaurant. He could have waited 2 minutes while you did your job.

I’ve only ever gotten taken out/delivery. Can’t really complain. Food is hot and almost always exactly how I ordered it. Service is ok — the few times we’ve had an issue, it was handled to our satisfaction as far as I can recall. There is one particular delivery guy who is super nice though, I have to remember to get his name.

Every time my friend wants to come here we end up ill to our stomachs the entire next morning. I now have avoided coming to this Pizza Hut location at all costs. There are many other better pizza options in Leesburg that won’t leave you with food poisoning.

DON’t eat in here! The pizza is typical Pizza Hut pizza which I happen to like, however we ate«IN» Pizza Hut last week, and that was a HUGE mistake! Wasn’t very busy, so there were plenty of seats. We weren’t greeted by anyone, so we just took a seat. After about 10 minutes of sitting, a gentleman showed up to take our drink orders. Took him over 5 mins to come back with the drinks… I thought — Lets just give him a chance… From that, it all went DOWNHILL and quick! We ordered a large pizza, cheesy bread, Kids personal pan pizza and I added the salad bar. Salad Bar should be non-existant. EMBARASSING to even call it a salad bar, they would be better off just making side salads in the back and offering those instead. Some of the lettuce in the«bar» was browning, you could tell that the items in the«bar» had been out all day long. Either way, DONOTGETTHE«SALADBAR»… Now on to the meal. Our large pizza took about 30 minutes to come out. The waiter said they had just installed a new oven and it wasn’t working right and apologized for the wait. I mentioned the cheesy bread and the kids pizza and he said — Let me check on those… 10 minutes went by… I went up to the counter to inquire on those items again. In the meantime we were giving our kids part of the large pizza we had ordered because by this point they were starving — we had been there for an hour!!! We continued to eat, and then the cheesy bread came out, but still not the kids pizza. I inquired AGAIN — and he apologized again for the oven issues. By the time we were there for an hour and 20 mins — I said we are outta here. Went to the counter to pay, and he ended up taking the cheesy bread and the kids pizza off my bill — MINDYOU I HADSTILLNOTREC’D THEKIDSPIZZA!!! So why would I pay for it? The waiter was apologetic, not rude but for goodness sake, if they installed a new oven and were still tweaking it or what have you, maybe they should have closed for the evening. I don’t know if this was just an excuse or not — but we won’t be returning — EVER!!!

Don’t think I have ever had slower or less attentive service at any restaurant. Ever. The one poor kid they have working the lobby is trying to handle 8 tables alone while the manager and his cohorts stand behind the counter oblivious to the frustrations of many of us waiting for food. We finally placed our order after almost 20 minutes of waiting, then waited another 15 minutes for breadsticks(thank goodness for self-service salad bar or we may have all starved to death). Tack on another 15 to get the pizza. The family in the adjacent booth has been waiting apparently for 40 minutes for breadsticks, and just stormed out leaving $ 1 on the table for their drinks. This follows another gentleman who also just left, leaving a liberal $ 2 for his drink. After ordering an order of «medium wings», the waiter asked us «Medium mild? Medium hot?», and had to point out, «No, medium medium». The wings and pizza came out hot, surprisingly enough. Unfortunately, he decided to bring the dessert breadsticks out at the same time(part of the meal deal we ordered), so those will be ice cold by the time we’re ready to eat them. The décor is out of the late 80s, namely the pictures hung on the walls. Add the randomly-playing jukebox with no song earlier than 1998 and the Neo-Geo arcade game and welcome to the early 90s. Where’s my beeper? A few weeks ago while on the road, my wife was calling around to find a Pizza Hut, but all she could find were Pizza Hut delivery locations, no sit-in restaurants. I’m starting to see why all of the locations have closed here in Northern Virginia. And if service like this continues, I can’t see this location surviving much longer, seeing there are countless other pizza restaurants in the area. If it hadn’t been for a coupon, we never would have eaten here. But I’m positive we won’t be making that same mistake again.

Besides the extremely nice delivery driver,(older woman), the customer service here is terrible, always late and often cold; the one time I called to complain, that my food was over an hour late and still no arrival, I was told I would get a $ 10 credit. When I tried to redeem that credit two weeks, later, the general manager, Rod G., reported to me that there was no such credit on my account and he didn’t believe me, nor would he give me such credit. $ 10! I wasn’t asking for it to be free! What happened to good customer service? By merely giving me the $ 10 credit would’ve told me that they were wrong in the past and were trying to get better… this is a major FAIL.

I went here for the lunch buffet. Despite opening at 11, they didn’t seem to get the buffet out 100% until 11:30am. The place looked like it hadn’t been remodeled since the 1980s, and the arcade game’s exhortation from William Sessions(FBI director, 1987 – 1993) to not use drugs proved it further. This was actually somewhat of a positive for me, since I grew up in the 1980s and I felt as if I was a teenager again. The salad was nice, mixed greens with a decent selection of toppings. Finally the pizza came out, and I was able to try their pizza. The breadstick I had was nice, albeit a little sweet. The pizza itself seemed sweeter than my preference, but not bad. All in all, not a bad place.

I love pizza hut breadsticks and sometimes do crave their pan pizza. This place is a complete fail. The staff is hard to communicate with, slow and can’t cook pizza right. Mine is always under cooked and raw. They also are not sanitary as I see them making pizza all the time without gloves. This is sad because pizza hut is good, just this location really sucks.

Not the best pizza but it’s ok. I don’t think they are going to be around much longer with better pizza in the area. Good for families.
