I know Jason (owner) through a business networking group.
As a local REALTOR I decided to ask him to help on a listing of mine that needed a few minor home inspection items taken care of. His company did the repairs, and got very high marks from a very discriminating client.
Since then I have referred MANY other clients to him and he just gets the job done. The prices are reasonable — some clients have even said «excellent» (no one ever says that!).
