Clean but things are pricey there the service is not that great. There photo dept. Is staff not helpful.

Seriously, every time I use the pharmacy here something goes wrong. Either they didn’t call me to tell me they won’t have my medication until the next day while I’m waiting or they have to have someone come check my medication before they give it to me so I’m waiting in the drive through for 10 minutes or last time they informed me they gave me the wrong prescription for the last 3 months.

Store clean and well put together as usual. But Erin the one working behind the counter was so incredibly rude and short.
She mumbled if I had a reward card to which I said no, not fully understanding her question. After telling her I thought I might have a rewards card and asking if I could punch in a phone number she let out a long sigh and stared at me for about 30 seconds before asking me if I new anybody with a phone number. I told her yes and began to speak my phone number out loud she cut me off telling me shortly to follow the directions on screen (there were none) when I informed her she didn’t say a word but pressed a button on screen. I got my phone number with the rewards card and the discount and left with my products as I was getting in my car the customer behind me in line asks me «she was mrs personality wasn’t she» obviously she treated him the same way.
I hope Erin no longer works there.

Convenient location, and they almost always have what we’re looking for. However, the lines for check out are always long and take forever! they really need to put more staff members on the registers instead of constantly yelling «I see 3, I see 3».

Always has what I want and clean. Not like CVS in Leesburg. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
