New York PIzza Lehigh

I called you today to place my to go order. I called you twice, no answer. Although I get very little break time I drove there to order. You were sitting in a non busy restaurant at a table on your cell phone. You saw me walk in and then the phone rang so you answered it before waiting on me. I waited patiently for the very picky person to place their order. The phone rang again as I stood there and once again you answered it. I walked out and I assure you that I will never be back. Good luck is all I can say. In a small town where local business is so important I must say, you better step it up.

First time customer. Pizza was good and tasty had a sub as well, really good. Will be back.

This place might have good food, but I’ll never know cuz the lady on the phone taking my order was so rude and ignorant that I couldn’t even bear to give them my money. You would think management would take certain actions seeing as how there numerous reviews on how they treat their customers. What a shame. Poor customer service will kill a business and you’re losing customers one at a time.

I ordered a calzone for pick up tonight 12÷15÷15. I waited about 25 minuets for my order, fully expecting fresh and hot product. The girl opened the lid and showed me the calzone, it had 3 large holes across the top with the toppings coming out. I thought it a bit strange but I didn’t say anything. When I arrived home I unboxed the calzone and discovered that they stuffed the toppings into the holes. I immediately called back, I told the girl what I received and she started to argue with me… I was put on hold while she conferred with the cook. I was told to bring the calzone back and they would make another but it would take thirty minutes, I said how about instead I bring it back and you refund my money. She immediately cuts me off with I’m not replacing it and refunding your money. That’s not what I asked for, I just want my money back. I drove back up to watch everyone stare at this mess and talk about who made it… My money was finally refunded, but I was treated like it was my fault and I was an inconvenience. I have to say I won’t be returning. I expect this from a chain, but not a mom and pop. Please learn how to take care of your customers, and not serve half assed food from your kitchen.

We had a sub once. Pretty good.
My wife really likes their pizza. I can’t describe it as NY pizza, but it is decent. Don’t count on folding and eating a slice if it has veggies.
Why? Thank you. They use fresh veg and I like that. If you have more than two veggies, the middle six inches is soggy from the moisture.
I have never experienced poor service there.
Look for specials. They are a little pricier than normal in Lehigh.

Very displeased with the calzone. I’m from New Jersey, and this was definitely not a NY styled calzone. We have sliced ham and salty cheese, topped with a grated Parmesan cheese. They must not be used to people asking for ham and cheese calzone. They used diced ham (as you would use in a topping perhaps), and the cheese was sweet. There was a huge seam and the top had maybe Italian seasonings on it. Not at all what I expected from a «NY style» place.

Good pizza quick delivery. I enjoyed it very much. It will be my go to pizzeria for lehigh.

I ordered here once. The pizza was good enough to eat and maybe I would order again but the guy behind the counter was such a jerk. I order using a coupon code from the Internet. I did not see the small print telling me to print it out. Guy gave me a choice. Go home and print it out or pay full price. (For a internet based coupon?) I paid full price and I walked out of there knowing that even if this pizza tastes better than any other pizza I’ve ever bought before, I’m still never going back. Lucky for me it lacked pizzazz.

I frequently order from this place a couple times a month. The BEST subs hands down of any other local place in Lehigh. If you haven’t tried their cheesecake it is amazing and definitely a must have!

When you call yourself New York Pizza you have a slightly higher standard to upkeep than if you choose a name like Tony’s or whatever. I found this place because they were open and nearby when I was looking for exactly those characteristics in my dinner joint but I chose them because of the name.
I walked in and was greeted in a friendly fashion by the counter girl. She asked me to sit where I felt like and I chose a booth. She quickly came over and took my order. I kept it basic, as a test. If I like the plain pizza then I can go ahead and add toppings on a future visit.
In this case, the pizza was good enough to eat with no complaints but not good enough to wax enthusiastically over now. I suppose that if I find myself all the way out in Lehigh again craving pizza I’d give them another shot but I would certainly not go there just for the pizza.

Just had a bad experience with the rude person behind your counter… cart full of groceries a baby in a car seat and i have to have the cart to carry the pizza since i was alone. She told me i had to leave because i had a cart… so i left. you lost money (i have been ordering from you since you opened) ordered pizza hut from their app and it was ready when i got there and they were very nice! Too bad cause you had good pizza but you lost me as a long standing guest.

It’s hit and miss with these guys for service but normally the food is pretty good. Kids love the pizza and we love the calzones. If they had better service defiantly would be a 5 star! Most the time it is very slow and you can be forgotten about (happened to me) because they get so busy and they either have to make your food or it is cold because it was left out.

Doesn’t even deserve one star!!! This place has no idea how to make food or how to treat customers. We had a HORRIBLE experience: they gave us the wrong order after my husband waited over an hour for the crap they call food. Then they gave us a hassle when we ask for our money back when we drove all the way back to them. This was after I had already waited 20 mins on the phone for the manager who NEVER came to the phone. Just go to Dominos or Pizza Hut. They have NO clue here…

Came in tonight (³⁄₁₉) there was a man SLEEPING at a table. I asked the waitress about it and she told me it was the owner and he was «tired» because he has babies at home. Get a cot for the back, get a hotel or rent an apartment to sleep at if you find your kids that disturbing. If I came into your restaurant and put my head down at a table and slept I am 100% sure you would kick me out. Any meal with some dude sleeping at an adjacent table is surely not going to be an enjoyable one for any patron. Not anywhere near acceptable or classy. Food was excellent though.

Great pizza!!! Love the atmosphere. We enjoy eating here everytime. It’s just like home, NY.

The pizzas are close to New York style. I had a bacon and mushroom pizza and for the price the pizza was well worth it. The décor is a homey Italian eatery and has the standard décor of New York pictures. The servings are much bigger than the prices and worth every penny! Also try the garlic knots they are good

Delicious pizza. I love that I don’t have to drive to Fort Myers to have a good pizza experience! I haven’t tried anything else that they offer, but intend to.

I just moved here from minnesota and we had 3 great pizza shops in our small town. I have been here for a year now and was getting nervous about the pizza selections here until I found ny pizza.

Good Food, good service. Nice family owned business. Over the past year we have ordered Pizza pies, baked Ziti meals, eggplant Parm., chicken parm. — all with very good quality and portions size. Their salads are fresh and well portioned as well. Do not forget your Pepperoni Rolls order, they are sooooo good! Enjoy
