Most unprofessional UPS store I’ve ever dealt with. I shipped my antique, irreplaceable furniture to a customer with them using the UPS«Pack & Ship Guarantee». It arrived to my customer extremely damaged. After countless follow ups with this UPS store, it took over a month for this store to finally respond and say that they were NOT going to refund me for my damaged package. The owner even admitted to have simply stuffed free UPS bubble envelopes into the box in order to cushion the 50 lb. antique nightstand that I was shipping. I had already refunded my customer in full because it was the right thing to do. On top of not receiving my «guaranteed» refund, the OWNER of this UPS store called and immediately began to verbally abuse me. I had been nothing but patient throughout this whole drawn out process. Do not ship through this UPS store if you want your package to arrive undamaged. I wish I could give this store zero stars. So disappointed.

This is a well-run little UPS store. They are slick, quick & efficient, getting the job done effortlessly it seems. More importantly, they know what they are doing, unlike the UPS counter in the Staples at The Forum.
