They do have really good fried dumplings and I like the Tai peanut chicken dish, when they have it… but we really haven’t liked anything else from here. Maybe we are just spoiled by the other chinese place in Lehighton (which is amazing), or because this place is dirty and the staff is grumpy and often fighting with each other. We only ordered here as many times as we did because there were times I didn’t have a car and this place is walking distance from my house. Unfortunately the other place doesn’t deliver.

I love China Ming, they make great steamed dumplings and wonton soup. They are my go to spot when cooking dinner at home goes horribly awry.

Lehighton, PA
This is a pretty standard Chinese Restaurant. They do have a eat in section but I have never actually seen anyone eating inside. I order take out from here on a pretty regular basis and I must day that they are always very pleasant and accommodating. If you order a combination plate they will let you make substitutions at no charge. They also to delivery for a minimum purchase price, but I never bother with that.

China Ming is fine, nothing special.
It’s a pretty small Chinese restaurant in the pretty small town of Lehighton. I’ve had take-​out from here 6 – 8 times and there is nothing that I can particularly remember, good or bad. The food is okay, it’s prepared in about 20 minutes, they are friendly enough people working the front of the store… just nothing that I’d specially recommend to a friend (or you, dear Unilocal reader).
