I’ve been twice. The first time, I literally had one of the best haircuts in a long time and knew I would definitely be back! I went for the 2nd time tonight and arrived at 7:30pm. The one girl was busy with a female customer, so opted to just sit down on the single bench outside of the salon aka«the waiting area.» After 30 minutes I walked up and asked her if I could still get a haircut, since they close at 8pm. She said they can’t take customers after 8pm and I never signed into the computer, so I should come back tomorrow. How I was supposed to know when there was noone else working there or any sign instructing customers to sign in whatsoever.

I have had a great experience every time I go to Smartstyle at Walmart in Leicester. Love the stylist named Lisa. The place is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. My husband and I go together, then we go shopping.

I was in the super walmart in cherry valley yesterday and went and got a hair cur for my daughter and I on a whim. They take walk –in so you need to sign in when you first walk. I decided to walk in bc I was attracted to the very low price on their signage 10.95 for a kids cut and 15.95 for an adult. Well that price doesn’t include the cost of conditioner if you want that after your shampoo you need to pay extra. The stylist we had did a decent enough job and she was super fast, but I don’t think this place is really that great of a deal for and adult cut. My cost ended up being 18.95 with no blow dry. I think this place is a fine cheap place to take the kids for a cut. But the fact they charge extra for the conditioner seems rather silly to me. It’s like going to get a massage and finding out the massage oil cost extra
