We have been loyal US customers for YEARS, ordering the same thing EVERY week for delivery. We once raved about this place but boy, have they missed the mark. New MGMT is NO comparison to what it used to be. To start, they can’t seem to get an order right. I order grilled chicken, we get crispy. This is happening all the time. The salad(small and larger sizes) used to be fresh and well worth the price. Now, quality is not good. Finally, the updated delivery charge is ridiculous. The other night the delivery guy got lost and my pizza was delivered an add’l 15 minutes after he called. Dude, it’s 2015– use your gps. Soooo sad. We used to love this place.

Terrible service and customer service. I ordered BONELESS buffalo wings. What do they deliver? Ones with bones. I don’t eat those I don’t eat on the bone food. So a large percent of my order was wasted. I called to ask why I was sent ones with bones when I said boneless, the girl(in broken English) tried to explain that anytime someone says buffalo they mean ones with bones. Even if they say boneless. She argued with me for at least five minutes. Do you not have something better to do than pissing off your customers? I clearly stated my order 4 times for her. Will never be back, too bad the food is good when they get your order right.

I can’t believe how terrible this place is and when a customer tells you that the sandwich you made poor quality, asks you to make a quick small ham and cheese or something hoping it will be better and you tell the customer you can’t because you’d have to charge him for a large, then tells the customer he shouldn’t have waited so long to say something, it’s a bad look buddy! I even tried explaining that the decision to not only do nothing at all, but actually blame the customer was wrong on so many fronts but he just stood there thinking he was so right because he defended his stores ten dollars! Great job hiring this gift to mankind i suppose someone has to might as well be a place that would be better off shut down. All this kid had to do was say sure i can do that for you sorry you didn’t like it, put a piece of ham and a slice of cheese in the thing and said here you go, sorry the roast beef was garbage, or how about offering a slice of pizza. Before i left i said to him, are you sure the owner of this place would want you do nothing at all in this situation? He said Yup, you be the judge

UNDERNEWMANAGEMENT — CHANGENOTFORTHEBETTER!!! We called in an order for two large pizzas for our party of six for pick up: one pepperoni, and one 3-way combo of spinach,(fried) eggplant and garlic. We were told they would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. Lo and behold, 15 minutes later my phone rings and it is a guy at Uncle Sam’s calling to say that they are out of eggplant(what reputable pizza joint runs out of eggplant at 5:30 p.m. Especially since they not only offer it as a pizza topping, but as a hot sandwich option [Parmesan style] on their menu). So, 15 minutes AFTER I placed the order, they still hadn’t assembled our pizzas. When asked to make a substitution, we chose chicken in place of the eggplant. ANOTHER20 minutes later, we picked up the pizzas. After arriving back home with them in hand, we were disappointed at just how much the quality of Uncle Sam’s product has changed. Our first tip-off was the new take-out menus taped to the top of each pizza box advertising that Uncle Sam’s was now under new management. Upon opening the boxes, we noted the greater, more disappointing change: much smaller large pizzas(they now claim their large pizzas are 15″ as opposed to the old 16″), but they were actually only about 13″ in size and were sliding around in the large boxes. The topping on the pepperoni pizza was adequate, but not nearly as generous as it had been in the past, and the 3-way combo’s toppings were stingy and pathetic looking. The only topping that we could taste(or really see) was the garlic. The chicken on top was in miniscule shreds spread out scantily across the pie, and, I swear, the spinach was four(4) small wilted leaves strategically placed evenly at four points of the pizza. I must also note that the end crusts were huge, leaving little inner space for toppings. I also noted that they put way too much sauce on the pizzas. So, being that we had much smaller pizzas for six people, everyone, more or less, came away hungry. Good thing I had cupcakes for dessert on hand. We think the new management at Uncle Sam stinks. They look to be going the same route as Northeast Pizza a half mile down the street on Rte. 9(their large pizzas are 14″ rather than the advertised 16″ and their small pizzas are more like personal pizzas for one). Uncle Sam’s does not care much about the quality of their product and is only looking to make a quick profit. We will not go back. We would rather travel a few miles down Route 9 to Spencer to enjoy the quality pizzas made at Spencer House of Pizza. Let’s hope they haven’t changed for the worse as well.

Walked in. Ordered. Then sat down. We could not believe how dirty the floors, walls and ceiling were. dirt collecting in the corner. Food was ok but we cannot walk in there again. Honestly, if I paid attention when we first walked in, I would have turned and headed out the door.

Always decent pizza but not consistant quality, otherwise it COULD be great pizza. Also not unusual for them to run out of product. Most recently we ordered chicken wings from them with our pizza. When we got home with the order it was their chicken strips. When we called to get it fixed we were told that they had run out. Ummm… if you run out of something don’t just substitute, pick up the phone and see what the customer wants you to do. We live here in town but it looks like we’ll be driving to the Brookfield location for a while. UPDATE — Tried ordering pizza at 7pm on New Years Eve to save a little time… they were closed. Yup, drove to Brookfield.

Pizza is good, not great, but prices are amazing! With most Worcester places charging almost $ 15 for anything with three toppings, its nice to see a menu loaded with speciality pizzas under $ 13. Take advantage of Monday Madness and walk away with two great speciality pies for only $ 20 if not less. If your really broke like me, you can survive of the monthly specials which include large subs for $ 3 and large pizzas for $ 7. Like i said food isn’t the greatest, but definitely not bad. Plus with almost 30 different type of speciality pizzas, you should be able to find something you really like. I love the more traditional pies like the cave man and new yorker, but have been also pleasantly surprised by the sweat and sour chicken(East Coast) as well as the pastrami covered Irish Pie.
