It’s worth searching for clothes, they have name brand jeans for only $ 5. Hopefully this location doesn’t close down !

I went to this store last night, and bought an arm full of items for my kids back to school clothes. When I was getting rang up the Manager was reading off the prices of the clothes to the clerk so she could ring them up. a lot of the 2 & 3 dollar pieces she was telling the clerk $ 7.00! it came out to be 144.00!!! I said no take some stuff off that’s to much i didn’t have many thing and i kept an eye on how much I was spending IM A SINGLE MOM OF 7! I don’t have a lot of money to waste!
So we removed 4 items. and it dropped down to 70.00 dollars still! i was not sure if it was correct so I went out to the parking lot and got my calculator and went to work. My total including tax was 55.00 dollars!!! so I walked back to the door and they locked the door it was closing time. they screwed me out of about 10.00. I called the store and left a message asked for the corp. phone number. I never received a call back.
Needless to say I’m pretty sure this happens a lot to many people. someones pocketing money. But it wont be mine anymore.
IF YOU CHOSE TO SHOP HERE, ONLY GET A FEW ITEMS AT A TIME. AND WATCH THEM WHEN THEY RING YOU UP!

OK, Skeptical at first then here comes my older sister with her cute outfit not to mention it only cost her $ 5.99 a piece! I had to see what this place offers. I walked in and found myself reaching for dresses shirts etc… I got the cutest little black dress and tops here.
So Lady’s it doesn’t cost much to look fabulous! Surprisingly you still can get something for under $ 15 bucks!
This place has Woman, Men’s and kids clothing. From Casual to Clubbing wear. How can you beat the price?

Even with the «big» price increase to «Everything $ 5.99» I still can afford to shop here. (ha ha!) I freaking LOVE this place. (Hence the unabashed use of the word: ‘freaking.’)
There are a lot of different locations, too: Escondido, Chula Vista, Downtown.
Where in the hell else can you get Express slacks, Diesel jeans, and New York & Co. for SIX bones?! $$ Cha-​Ching!!$$ Not kidding you: I got True Religion jeans for $ 6 and resold them on eBay for $ 60.
Yes, you must love digging through the articles of complete crap (ie: bright yellow shirts that say «tease» and «baby girl» on them… barf,) but it is SO worth it… when in that second of glory, you have found it. It’s like the holy grail.
Very easy to rationalize any purchase here: «HHHmmmmm, should I spend $ 6 on this article of clothing? Oh wait! I just spent $ 15 on a Bacacrdi and Diet at Sweetwater last night… Answer: Abso-​freaking-​lutely! Buy the top! Don’t even DON’T do it, people.
Dare I admit that my entire wardrobe (practically) comes from the Everything $ 5.99 store? Yes I do dare! Ross Dress for Less seems a bit pricey now though.
Now I have all that extra money to spend on over-​priced cocktails downtown. Thank you $ 5 store!

Do I really want to keep this best kept secret out of the bag?
I am truly surprised nobody had written about this place. It’s like the most Superduper discount Super Store ever! The last 3 years they have been «Everything $ 5.00» store and they recently have changed their name and therefore have marginally raised their prices– EVERYTHING is $ 5.99. Honestly a lot of the stuff is not worth the extra .99
**Disclaimer** you have to love digging through a pile of crap to find your gem– because there is an ocean of it. So the person who loves thrifting and spending time searching will love this place. For people who don’t– I suggest not going in at all.
I found True Religion and Ctizen of Humanity jeans– yes, for $ 5.99! No. they are absolutely not fake– I know my shit. There are many brands you will recognize and many you will not.
I have scored a Catch a Fire Bob Marley hooodie by Cedella Marley. I recently also found an out of print Dark Side of The Moon hoodie by Rockware. Hale Bob tracksuits and numerous jeans and work trousers that fit beautifully and flatter the bootie.
There are about 8 locations throughout San Diego including Chula Vista, Escondido, Oceanside, College are, National City and Downtown. Some are definitely better than others… I have been to them all. It’s hard to think about paying retail prices at all after being here.
* Keep in mind… there are no dressing rooms or mirrors… which is part of their trick to get you to buy stuff. Also there are no refunds and only exchanges within 7 days… they are a closeout outlet– so they don’t want anything back.
I suggest going on your day off so you have plenty of time… grab a coffee and head on in… like I said earlier… you have to dig and be patient or you may not find anything.
